We had reserved a truck, but when we got there to get it the truck was no longer available. I was sent 38 additional miles to another location for a truck, but when got there the place was closed after being assured it would be open. Customer service then told me the nearest location from where I was that was open would be about another 100 miles or do. I was then told I could reserve a truck for the next day back at the location where I started out. Mysteriously my fiancee called and spoke with the location where this all started a d suddenly there was a truck available. This is a heckuva way to run a business.MARSHALL M.

The owner/employee has a very bad attitude. No where does it state you need a mask but when I went in it took about 10 minutes for me to get greeted let alone get told I need a mask on in "my facility". I was never told that the rental had to be returned to the same facility until I get the paperwork and was charged 240.00 extra dollars for wrong drop-off location. My total was 275. Attendant was rude to my son, two different times, picking up and dropping off. He arrived before closing on 3/14/2021 and she told him she was closing to use the app. The app would not work after trying two different phones multiple times, resulting in me being charged and additional $60+.
