Staff could not print me out a receipt when I asked for it. She told me to just check my e-mail. I just looked at her and left. I wanted a print out to put in my file. I didn't think that was professional of her. But, over all it was a good experience.

I returned my rental on Saturday July 29th at about 6:30pm. The person that was outside at this location asked if it was ok to return this unit the following day, Sunday, I said sure since it was in my credit card. He informed me that I would get an email on Sunday, I did not get an email yesterday. I received an email confirming the return of my rental at about 8:30 on Monday morning. When I called to inquire about the rental being returned the lady that I spoke with at the location in Pearl was less than helpful, stating that. "Your rental was not due in or returned until today." The fact that it was not due till today is correct but I returned the rental on Saturday evening. I understand that the location was closing and returning the rental that late it would not be processed until Sunday. What could have happen if any damage was done to the unit from Saturday evening until this morning? Who would have been liable? Customer service was not top priority with the person that I spoke with Saturday and most definitely not with the lady I spoke with on the phone today!

Jo Collier was excellent. He had great customer service and the best attitude 30 minutes before closing. I wish the mileage was cheaper but nevertheless the service was above average.

I booked online, checked in and paid but still waited behind a customer that had done nothing but walk in. A total waste of time. Your staff should ask if the customer has made reservations and payments online before assisting walk-ins. Then those walk-in customer may think twice about using the services online verses using their phones for other useless means like social media.

The staff there was absolutely phenomenal they checked every possible angle every other store in the area to find the perfect trailer for me I couldn't ask for a better crew you should be proud of your employees at the Pearl location.

The overall uhaul experience was very disappointing. I reserved at one location and had to pick up my rental at another. When I asked to transfer the available unit to my local store I was told this was not possible. Why have so many locations if you cannot have the reserved vehicle at the proper location. Also the truck was in need of several repairs, the roof leaked all over our goods, causing damage, the front end wondered all over the road creating a hazardous condition and it was evident the unit needed to be retired or significant servicing. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN

The trailer was the only one available and it was very old It did not pull very well.....it was very bouncey. The unit appeared to be extremely old. The rental location had a terrible stench(urine) and the person was on her personal cell phone and walked away from me to end it. This used to be one of the better locations to rent from. I will use U-haul again but I will not return to this location

I was charged for two days and only had the uhaul for 10 hours . The employee also entered my return time as wrong because we were there before 8:30 am waiting on him , he had a line of customers and if it took him over an hour to check us out that is very sad and pathetic. He should lay off the drugs

Make sure all the appropriate equipment is on the truck before leaving the establishment. (Dolly was not on the truck and I rented one)

The 26 foot truck I rented did the job. Little set backs like when you hit the brakes it pulls hard to the right. Alignment was off. Clicking noises in suspension. Thought it was going to put us down numerous times. But overall it did the job

When truck is brought back with the same amount of has upon taking truck. Make an effort to give the customer the benefit of the doubt. If my brother hadn't taken a picture of the mere half has tank. I would have been made to pay more, than what Uhaul was willing to do!
