The manager was asked about different paying options he at first lied about it said we only accept cards here at the store but when we got the sponsor on the phone he changed it and allowed us to by dept on the phone,I thought the lying was trouble

I picked up the rental trailer Friday May 29th and when I turned it in I revived a another receipt showing that I had been charged for three days worth of rentals.

The representative at this location did not give me a receipt of drop off until after I left and this was thru my email that my account had been charged an additional fee of $20.00. When I called them to inquire about the additional fee at 6:50pm the Rep placed me on hold for customer service and no one picked the phone back up. I was on hold for 10 minutes at which time I hung up because they closed at 7:00pm. I have since been calling the 1-800 number for customer service and have been on hold for 10-20 minutes with no one answering. What would you do? Me? Y'all can stick that $20 where the sun don't shine because for that $20 I have learned not to use or recommend your services from U-Haul.. As I'm sure you are well aware, you do have COMPETITORS! and they will have my business for now on. This is not about $20, this about customer service...something U-Haul doesn't offer.

We had had a reservation for storage at this location. The unit assigned was damaged and the door did not close. They did not have another unit. We had to call other u-Haul location ourselves to find one that would work.

Big hassle. only answered the phone locally once, was answered by a call center after numerous rings. Was misquoted the price and that bothered me because your phone answers and the machine immediately says that is is recording the call to insure the customer gets what was promised. When I mentioned that i was told that " that did not matter, that is only when the customer says the were told something that they were not" In other words you use it when you are right to your advantage but not to help correct when you are wrong.

I love this location and Christy has always gave excellent customer service, but since she has been out on medical leave the vans are not being washed, my van this past weekend had a back door that would not stay open when trying to load and unload and a bad tire censor, the guy who normally works in the shop, who was very polite, was having to work the front desk and it took way too long because he did not know what he was doing and I don't blame him for that because that is not his job. I will be renting from Uhaul again this weekend and several more times in the next two months to come. I hope Christy will be back or at least send someone who cares enough to level up the same level of service she has been providing over the past few years.

First agent told me $.59 a mile with 6 free blankets. Was not told that dolly was $5.00 extra even though it was on the truck. Went to pick up truck and was told $.99/mile. Truck had absolutely NO gas in it. Took truck back the next day and boy was I surprised. Blankets-$5.00, dolly-$5.00, $.99/mile and I left them almost a quarter tank of gas. Will not use this location again. It sucks.

The owner, Henry, waited on me. I had called & reserved my rental prior to picking up. I was never greeted when coming inside or even acknowledged. He was rude, unfriendly & impersonal. I witnessed him waiting on an older man ahead of me & he treated him no better. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I will never do business with him again!!!

First and foremost you can start with your employee. I made it to the site at 6:40 and she really didn’t wanna wait on me. She told me she had been there and she was ready to go. After I told her my situation she went ahead and helped me. I think a more thorough inspection needs to be done on rental equipment

The cargo van I received was clean but the tire air pressure gauge light remained on for the whole rental period. I was promised at pickup that there was no problem except the light would remain on. This indicator concerned me the whole time b/c if a pressure problem came about, I would not know it until too late. Please fix the light issue before the next rental.
