I notified the company that I would be picking up my rental later that day. I went to pick up the rental and the rental was blocked in from all angles. I had to contact customer service to get them to contact the General Manager. I finally got in a rental and it didn’t have any equipment inside. I still paid the FULL price for the rental. I WOULDNT RENT HERE AGAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT RENTING HERE. THE COMPANY WAS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS .

A piece of equipment that I didn't order was left in the truck unaware to me. I ordered a furniture dolly, but that is all. I was charged for an additional dolly. I felt like it was a scam. In addition, this location is not located in a good part of town. I was instructed to leave my car in a gravel lot away from the building. I was very concerned for my car. It was not bothered; however, there were some questionable people sitting in the car adjacent to mine when I went to pick up my car late in the evening. I won't use this location again.

I reserved a 20' truck and the staff tried to give me a 15' truck, staff wasn't paying attention... The truck cab was filthy and the ashtray was full of ashes.

Should have told me to bring an adapter for the trailer lights instead I had to buy 1 at the store and had 1 at home. The CSR ask 100 other questions this should be at standard question too. Just my 2 cents.

It wasn’t clean there were bugs on the side mirrors and grill but the inside was clean, also the driver side mirror was badly cracked which made it hard to see out of and it would not move so I couldn’t use it anyway which made it dangerous I was planning on leaving the truck at another store but I was told I couldn’t be cause that was the only one and I wasn’t prepared to pay the extra charges, I was not offered a different truck that I could leave, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience just for even being there! I will be needing a moving truck again in a few days and I guarantee I will not use this store again and most likely will not use uhaul again because of this

Equipment was not bad but as many reviews state online, we reserve one truck and then when you get there they do not have what you need. This is unacceptable and U-Haul need to fix this. I see it happens all over so it is a U-Haul trademart problem.

inform customers of mileage charges before they get there instead of just giving the rental rate . very surprised when my rental went from 19.95 to 72. because of not being informed .

Debit/credit machine was down. Caused an inconvenience had to load my 3 year old up and drive to ATM to get $100. When returned there was a rude lady complaining about she was was the only one there to do 11 returns and she was already in a crappy mood.
