Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHe gentleman who helped me was more than helpful
david r | Primeras impresionesGreat job all around. From the truck rental to the storage. Thank you
FRANCISCO B | Experiencia generalU Haul has a exceptionally helpful staff at both its Pearl, MS locations.
John R | Primeras impresionesGreat customer service for truck and storage rentals
Sharron G | Mudanza en líneaLighting in the facility wasn’t great. There’s a curtain, I think for temperature control that blocked the light so there was no finding anything without my flashlight. Little to no light fell inside the unit. At first there was a dial up timer inside the building entrance. Which was better. Then they went with motion activated lights. So when I was inside the unit trying to organize or sort through things the light kept turning off leaving me in the pitch black. Then having to find my way back down the hallway. Waving my hands frantically just for a few mins. of light before having to do it again.
Sheila L | Experiencia generalThe staff was excellent and friendly but my storage unit wasn't
Kamika H | Experiencia generalI have a huge complaint about my overall Uhaul experience and would really appreciate direction on where to submit it.
MARIAH P | Mudanza en líneaI guess it comes with the territory (?) but I was off put by finding rat poop on my things when I moved out. Seeing it made me worry that a critter had made its way into my containers and I was transporting it to my home. That didn’t happen thankfully but wish there was a way to make the units rat proof to further protect customers and their property.
Nikkie B | Experiencia generalReceived great service from the employees at the Pearl facility while renting a truck it was mentioned I could lock in a great price for a year, which makes a big difference in today's economy. So Thanks for the mention Jay!
reginald r | Mudanza en líneaThe associate explained everything I needed to know. He was very polite. He also informed me about other services they offered to help with my move. I would highly recommend Uhaul to my friends and family. Thanks so much
