Speedier service. I was told there were no extra charges, yet I was charged for an extra day when I turned in the equipment an hour later than expected.
We had problems with our electrical hookup. The staff was very patient and helpful, referred us to a service provider to get the problem taken care of, then immediately hooked us up with the trailer and had us on our way once the problem was taken care of.
Very quick and easy.
The staff was very courtesy and friendly.
Everyone I dealt with at this location were extremely courteous & helpful !! THE BEST
Although the equipment appeared to be clean, the smell of the inside cargo was horrendous, unfresh. Please spray to freshen the air inside the vehicle as well. Thank you.

I reserved my truck online days in advance for pickup at a different location. When I arrived at the location I reserved for. I was told they didn't have my truck and I would have to goto a different location to get a truck. So I go that location which is 10 miles further round trip I'm gonna be billed for. That location has the truck but no appliance dolly, So now I have to go back to the original location, now I'm paying for mileage on a Uhaul truck and rent a appliance dolly separate do I can move our furniture. The lady at the original location never offered any type of rate reduction or anything to try and compensate for me having to goto a further location to rent a truck. Only said I'm guaranteed a phone call to confirm a reservation but I'm not guaranteed to get a truck where I reserved it at. Well I never got a phone call and the latter is the STUPIDIST thing I've ever heard of. So at the end of it all I lost a hour and a half of my morning making three separate stops to rent a truck and a appliance dolly. Then drove more miles than I should have which I was charged for and then had to make two select stops at different Uhaul locations to return the rentals. This was a very very poor example of customer service. If we move again I'll look long and hard before I use Uhaul again.
I rented an appliance hand truck and the belt was to short to go around the appliance which was a refrigerator. Also that 30 minutes window to know if it would work is a joke.

The young man who got me checked in was courteous and nice very informative the lady that was there when i returned it was rude i made it there right before 5 and she didn't help me get checked beack in there wasalot of unnecessary mobey charged to me i have always used you all but never again.
Staff could be a little friendlier. Equipment was very old. Return experience via. app was nice and worked well.
Technology is good, but please understand that all of your customers do not prefer to use their personal smart phone. Especially your well seasoned or seniors customers.
The equipment was clean but the truck needed to have been serviced. The oil light was on the entire trip and the transmission seemed to have been slipping.
Had my rental cancelled 4 times an moved to 3 different pick up and then my time having it was cut down from 24 hours to 18 and charged the same amount. When I got the vehicle it had no gas in it and sputtered to the gas station down the road. Will not be using UHaul again.
The employees in this location are RUDE! Has nasty attitudes.!! Me and my dad went into the store and tried to get a uhaul last Tuesday and I WOULD NEVER recommend this location.! The brown skinned lady with weave, back length, and brown eyes was the worst.!! Argued me and my dad down about how WE should have known what truck we wanted when We said we wanted a medium truck.
Ms. Jackie was awesome both days she's a keeper give that young lady a raise and a promotion!!! Thank you Jacki's for your help and I got your lemonade at the Dixie in February 😉
Headliner needs to be repaired and the easy load ramp kept going off track making it hard to take out and put back in.
This company SOLD everything that my family had during a pandemic whereby I don't have a job and 6 dependents with $26 in my bank account. This company has no compassion for people who are going through hard times. COVID-19 is still going on and this company had a lien placed on all of my children's and our family belongings and SOLD them to the highest bidder during a pandemic? I am very displeased with this company's ethics :{

Make sure the phone line has accurate information. I went to a completely different uhaul pickup 25 minutes from this location before getting a uhaul.
When I went to pick up everything was ready. When I went to return power was off due to weather but was met by someone using their phone to check me in. I was very please with the staff.
When we arrived at the pick up location we were informed the truck was broke down. That place sent us all over town, then spent twice the money. Very unprofessional and disappointed.

Service was phenomenal! I was even helped to load uber on my phone to get a ride to the airport. When there were no car rentals to be had in Jackson, Uhaul came through for us. Thanks.

If someone selects in-person check-in during open hours and have on the proper face mask, they should be allowed to forgo checking in on the app and allowed to check in the traditional way.

The side mirror on passenger side was so tight it would not move & cracked & we were charged $38 for it. Ridiculous.

I dropped off at a busy time and there were 2 other customers waiting to bee seen. Maybe after Covid dies down adding a staff member would move drop offs and new rentals along but the lady there was still cheerful and happy to help us all. Thanks!
Available options, charges too high for one way rental within 20 miles of location. I was charged a cleaning fee when I made sure it was in better condition than I received it. Employees weren't helpful and refused to make any accommodation for lack of equipment

The manager of the Pearl location was very rude. She didn't have any customer service experience and she was too worried about her crying children that were sitting in the garage. She had no idea that our mother had just died and we were cleaning out her apartment. The gentleman that helped us was very kind and understanding. I would suggest she be demoted and the gentleman be made the manager of that store.
The pickup process was difficult to manage but the staff was helpful in getting through the process. Direction could be made less complicated.
Need a place to sit inside and outside while waiting. It's not a quick process especially when people are in line ahead of you and standing gets very tiring.
Make sure the key in the safe. I use the online app. to purchase my truck and was scheduled to pickup at 7:00 am but couldn't pick until place open due to key inside store.

The person did not tell me that I had to register on line for the pick up. Luckily the person that was with me had a cell phone for me to register.
The guy that took care didnt did he's job right and over charge me.

I had an issue with the truck itself. The brakes were bad. I almost had to accidents. I couldnt finish moving things due to the codition of the truck
I was very satisfied with the people at the U-Haul location in pearl had no problem at all getting my storage reservation the staff at this location was very nice and helpful

I was promised a 26 ft truck the night before the move i was called and told the only truck available was a 20 ft. I called around and couldn't find another company to fill my request. 630-267-9987
Andrea and her staff were very helpful and attentive to my every need. Not only did they go out there way to make sure I was accommodated. Thay always did it with a smile.. great job

I must say this was the best return/storage experience. The manager takes pride in her store and her worked are polite and professional!! The restrooms were clean and the property was spotless.!!!!

The entire time we stored our things there, the air/heat wasn’t working. It’s suppose to be climate controlled. It wasn’t . They had called to get it fixed, but apparently nobody wanted to come fix it
The facility was very nice, the team members that helped us were great and truly cared about my needs. I appreciated the community tools for helping unload the truck.
I had many issues with the now GM, Casey. She d handles herself in a unprofessional manner with customers, my storage had rat droppings, etc. UHAUL will just say she's new and let her continue as so.

The staff was not friendly at all. My mom was there on my behalf when my furniture was delivered and the worker was not friendly at all to her. I experience the same thing with other staff members.
The storage units themselves are fine, but the customer service at this location is the worst.
The staff reserved wrong size truck and wrong size storage unit,extra fees were not explained upfront.multiple late charges for PO delivery being late.Ceiling fell in,rats got in soiledmy furniture.
