I reserved the truck for 4 days online, because that is how long I needed it to move. When I arrived at the location to pick it up, I was told that I could only use it for 2 days. What is the point in making an reservation? Terrible service.ROBERT G.

I did not select to pick up or drop off at this location. My reservation was changed last minute with no explanation as to why. This location opened 10 minutes late, and the sole employee who opened started the day by informing everyone who was there that unless we had already checked in online then she would be moving the vehicles returned overnight before assisting any of us who were there to pick up a vehicle or equipment. She was also rude to me specifically when I pointed out that my vehicle did not have a furniture dolly, which was paid for as part of my rental. I went into the lobby of the building to wait, and when she came back in all she said was "your dolly is in your truck." When I explained that my rental included an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly, she just blinked and smiled sarcastically before repeating "your dolly is in your truck." The 24/7 afterhours return process was also a headache, as the Uhaul website did not recognize my location even after enabling location services on my iPhone and web browser several times. I had to download the Chrome web browser and complete the process there in order for it to work--I don't understand why you couldn't just scan the barcode on the Uhaul location's front door like you do for the online check-in process if my location has to be validated after hours. Overall a frustrating and underwhelming experience. The only reason I'm not providing 1 star is because I did get all of the equipment I needed for the day and was ultimately able to complete the online return. However, there is DEFINTELY room for improvement. Will not use this location again if it can be avoided.Dylan L.

I wanted to self check in/return my rental but could not do so due to the feature not working. It said it was unable to find location although I switched over every setting in my mobile device, which led to me being charged an extra $20 for checking the rental in early. I do not agree with this charge and wish to get a refund of the $20. Thank you. Great location overall and would recommend to others. Please fix this feature with the mobile app.LEANTHONY B.

I requested my uhaul for pick up in Ridgeland, MS. Unfortunately, one was not available in the size i needed in Ridgeland, so we had to go to pearl for pick up of the truck. This was super inconvenient for us. However, afterwards their was a drop off location just down the road from our location, but after using the truck we had to take it all the way back to pearl, msJAMES J.

I rented an enclosed trailer because I didn't want the furniture to get wet. When we unloaded the trailer the mattress was soaking wet. There is no excuse for having an enclosed trailer that leaks that bad. I told the attendant that it leaked and ruined the mattress. She didn't nor did she ask if I wanted to file a claim. Truck smelled like weed. Customer service was poor. We booked the u-haul online in advance for 11-5pm. When we arrived at 11:00 am, we were told we would only have it until 1:00 pm.
