Frank D | Overall ExperienceThis storage unit is horrible. It is one of the most unsecured properties that I have ever rented at. The grounds are not kept very well and the units themselves are awful. There are no security cameras and they have had robberies in the past. The doors to the units are horrible as well. Our door would not even lower after we moved out. There was also another unit across from us where the door is off the track and it doesn’t look they have bothered to fix it. The price is good for the units but that is the only thing good about the storage unit. I would rather pay a little more for a better secured unit. We rented another one in another city that has security cameras all around and they require even insurance on your unit. They are very well kept and in fact don’t have a lot of units left to rent. The price is higher but I am paying for a much more secure unit. They even look all of their unoccupied units so that people don’t try to get in them or store stuff in them that they are not supposed to.

DONNA S | Overall ExperienceThe driveway is beyond deplorable. The hole beyond the gate must be at least a foot deep. The driveway has had no maintenance in the 270 plus days during which I rented a unit. Standing water when it rains. Huge holes all of the time. I marked all questions with NO because there needs to be another option such as Don't Know. I never tried to access the office and I was never there at night.
