Honestly a very smooth move in! I showed up a day early and didn’t realize until 2 days later but the man who owns it was so sweet about it and got everything put together for me anyway!

Karah J | ReservaciónI’ve used this facility for the past 3 years and had 2 units. My area was always clean and well maintained. The office is visually appealing, neat and management (Wayne) was amazing. Always very friendly, professional, knowledgeable in all areas and always available for any questions. Customer service is very polite and any messages left were always returned promptly. I would absolutely use the facility again and recommend it to anyone looking for a storage facility that is caring and trustworthy with your items you choose to store.
Stephanie J | Experiencia generalStorage unit itself was horrible. Center blocks cracked and crumbling.Doors do not close all the way. The floor is badly cracked with holes and terrible uneven. It differently isn't worth the amount you pay
Tamera M | Experiencia generalGreat experience so far! Wayne was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I feel I was given all the information I needed to have my brother help move my items in.
Caitlynn D | ReservaciónMy experience was awesome. I will tell all of my friends. Thank you so much ☺️
Audrey K | Experiencia generalI received excellent service at Northwest mini storage. Very polite and straightforward helpful people.
christopher k | ReservaciónI am completely satisfied with my rental. The staff is so kind and helpful. I would totally refer friends here.
Rebecca K | ReservaciónLeft my items in a non climate controlled unit for a month without issue/damage. Very happy with the ease of the process. Friendly/helpful staff. Absolutely would do business again here if the chance arises.
Michael B | Experiencia generalThe place is being cleaned up. It is going to be just beautiful and very convenient when completely done. Very friendly staff. I most definitely will be back if I ever need storage again.
Paula W | Experiencia generalThe manager is fantastic--friendly, helpful, and efficient. Just a good person. And his furry children enhance the overall positive experience. My only negative comment is about location. The facility is very remote and for that reason feels unsafe, especially in the evening. I felt fine when the manager was in...much less so when he was not on site.
