We were supposed to pick up in East Lansing but were diverted 30 miles away to another location - this despite having reserved the truck ahead of time. Incredibly inconvenient. As we drove to the pickup location we passed a UHaul location in East Lansing that had the size truck we had rented.Waverly G.
I do not recommend calling UHaul to get your appointment. Call the actual place that you're picking up from. The lady at the 1-800-Uhaul dropped the ball and let the poor guy at the actual pick up location do all of the paperwork. NOT IMPRESSED! Took us about 45 minutes to get the truckGary L.

The location was closed or the agent was just not there. We had to call and wait on hold to get instructions on how to return the vehicle. Even though I received the truck with 3/4 tank of gas I returned it with a full tank. very bad experience.ROXANNE L.
I called ahead to make sure someone would be there. When I arrived a sign said location closed. I left the truck there and called again to let them know it was there. I was charged for "wrong drop off location" and some other fee and cant get anyone at uhaul to talk to me about the erroneous charges.Nancy K.

It was a mobile pick up... Lot of hoops to jump through to get truck and drop off. Understand you have to security, but took me 50+ minutes to login and get truck and another 20 to turn it in... Call service wasn't able to help.... Def recommend going to a location where people are working..Andrew M.

You need to make the rental process easier and faster. It shouldn't take one hour and a half to finally complete the rental process. Also the staff were not helpful in solving the problem. Your app does not work correctly.Maria B.
