They are the only U-haul in our area & we have to use them. They aren't there when hours are advertised, they don't respond to changes and we drop off the trailers with no contact National U-haul web photos.

ROXANNE L.I called ahead to make sure someone would be there. When I arrived a sign said location closed. I left the truck there and called again to let them know it was there. I was charged for "wrong drop off location" and some other fee and cant get anyone at uhaul to talk to me about the erroneous charges.
