Super inconvenient to get in and out of nobody’s fault really just would not have wanted a storage not on the first floor even getting first floor access was not the easiest.
Nicholle W | Overall ExperienceMy unit got broken into all they did with offered me a month or two a free storage. I got in trouble for using the elevators to haul my stuff down even though that’s what the elevators are for the price is way too high for a little bitty unit

However, it seemed like the other staff didn't care about anything. Like, ALL of the other staff didn't care much. Despite that, the location was convenient, and the building is pretty cool. They have all the dolly's and moving carts which is very useful.

I couldn’t use the handicap parking because it would block the driveway. Only 2 spots that are tight and to small. Asked if they validate the ticket and it was a no. Now I have to pay for mine and my daughters a total of 60.00. So not cool
