Nice people but very untrained. Did not know what a "drop" is in regard to a trailer hitch, do t know what tandem axle means, rented me a trailer that was supposed to be a one way, but then wasn't. Uhaul in Frisco had to straighten everything out.

Customer service was excellent, really helpful. Only complaint was the single entry/exit that required backing maneuvers to get turned around to leave. Also, my first cargo trailer rental, the floor could have used a scrubbing to remove dirt and grease that got on the mattresses. A good mover (not me) should have taken precautions.

1st off this has got to be the best uhaul ever! Like not even within the Confine. S of the uhaul industry.No what I mean it's the best u haul of all time of everything Period mic dropped, exit stage left. 2nd Everyone here is due for a race. I know, sometimes it's not in the books, but you can make exceptions for exceptional people.

The staff was great, but the elevators were out of order way too often. Another issue is movers and big trucks blocking the entrances so that it was sometimes impossible for regular patrons to access the elevators. Other than that, we liked the location. Very handy for people living in Midtown

The inside was clean but the outside was very dirty. Also the latch on the back door was catching when we picked it up. We were told to just shut it really hard. The next day the latch broke.

Perhaps have 2 or more employees open the store on a Sunday morning. A single employee opened the store. She was extremely busy as 3 customers were waiting as doors opened & she had to play all roles as she had to boot up store/computers, check/in, cashier, get trucks, pads, accessories all by herself. This made for long checkin process for customers who all had reservations.

Do not rent from this UHaul location if you are a white middle aged male. The assistant mgr made it very plain to me that she would charge me 'Double' if I did not return the trailer to her location. The same manager spoke to me with disdain, while communicating to other customers in a more respectful manner. I was retrieving a vehicle for one our patients, a widow with no other immediate family (other than sister in Nashville), who was undergoing major surgery at OK U Medical Center. She had asked that we take her car to a either a OKC location or to one at Nashville, closer to her sister. First one CSR attempted to help me, and then she walked away and was replaced by, I believe, the Assistant Mgr. The AM was very curt and was also attempting to deal with a customer who had no ID (or similar) When I spoke to the women that work at UHaul I explained that I was not sure where I would need to take the car, and that I might need to take it back to Nashville. The Assistant Mgr seemed to take delight in telling me that she would 'Charge me DOUBLE' if I took the trailer anywhere other than the local OKC area. I did not have final determination on patient disposition until 1am the next morning, when the office was closed. I attempted to send a message through the UHaul app, letting the OKC location staff know that I would need to take to Nashville. Long story short, I returned the Trailer, In clean and perfect working condition, to the UHaul location that is local to me, and I was informed that I would be charged an additional $876 which was listed as WRONGDROPOFF, which took my total rental to over $987 for 2 days rental I called Customer Service at the advice of my local UHaul Mgr (at 1:48pm May 6, 2024) and the answering CSR attempted to contact the OKC office. I was informed that there would be a disposition to the case and that I would be notified. As of 11:48pm cst on May 6 2024 I have had no response, so will assume that there will be no dialog or refund provided. Therefore I believe it is my responsibility to notify all 36,578 Medical Doctors, PA's, Nurse Practitioners and other staff that I personally know across all 50 states, providing them with the information they will need to make educated rental decisions for themselves, their medical practices, and their families. I will do so via multiple Social Channels and within the private Provider Network I share with thousands of MD's. Thank you I sincerely hope

I gave that star rating reluctantly. I think that the facility is neat and the staff are great. The prices are a bit high. The main issue is my account. It was not set up properly, so that actually paying my bill has proven to be very difficult. This has resulted in fees that I am told are not able to be removed. I was told just today that I still have forms that need to be signed. This seems odd to me as I have been moved in for 3 months and rented in person, where I signed several forms. This situation has been overly frustrating in general.

When I first started move lawn company back in 2018 I had very little money, and couldn't afford a trailer, so I relied on U-haul (Brick Town) for my first year. Always great customer service. A physical checklist needs to be in the truck with the keys if the check-out is digital. Digital check-out needs a way to deduct for missing equipment, in my case, moving pads, if they are not on the truck. I did mark that they were absent on the digital checklist, but was billed for them anyway. The digital check-out on the Tulsa end of this trip was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. If it was the only experience I had with your company I'd never use you again. The folks at the OKC end of this trip were top notch. They were what I expected based on my prior experience with your company.

My first contact with U-Haul storage facility was good. The young guy helped me and walked me through the facility. But today, the employee was rude and seem as if I was bothering her. Her attitude was dismissive. I left and had my son to deal with it. Poor heart condition, I can’t make time for nonsense.

Getting into this location is difficult because there is not enough space for all the equipment plus customer parking. The entry was completely blocked when I arrived and I had to enter through the exit lane. Then I had to park in an equipment space to go into the store to check in. The personnel were very accommodating, knowing the limitations they had to work around.

The morning crew forgot my appliance dolly. I sent an email and told them but never received a reply. I couldn't get through by phone so I went up there. When I arrived, I told her and she acknowledged she'd seen my email. I told her I wanted to go up to look at the space in my already rented storage unit at same location and would be back down to get the dolly in about 15 minutes. When I got back to the desk about 15 minutes later, the dolly STILL wasn't ready for me. And, even though I was in line first, they told me to wait and helped the couple behind me in line before they helped me. And then, of course, after all that no discount of any kind was offered. The evening crew was MUCH more helpful and super friendly. Really appreciated the crew in the evening.

I put down $100 deposit and put gas in tank $25 this truck only went 6 miles. When we got the truck the tank had a quarter of g as in it not half and the paper work has on it the tank was half full IT WAS NOT.I didn't get ANY of my deposit back. People asked where I rented the truck and they replied the place we rented from has ripped off many people.

The service at the selected location was professional and welcoming. Easy to navigate the rental process and the return was thorough and efficient. The truck was clean and in very good condition. The staff was flexible when I almost failed to arrive at the agreed time - which makes me want to continue using these services, knowing that the human element is taken into account and acknowledged.

Have someone at the desk. Customer service. Guy just walked in asked if were returning a truck. Asked for the uhual key and walked off. Myself and I friend are standing confused. Hello, will I get a receipt? Yes, she will email it to you. Continues walking out the door. Received a txt asking ,when I was going to return the uhual because other families are waiting. Even though I rented it until 2pm. Then got a charge for extra miles when I turn in 2 hours early. Probably be awhile before using this service again. It would have been cheaper to rent an actual truck.

Because I never knew if the elevators would be working, it is impossible to use any of the storage facilities not on the main floor. Often both of the elevators would be broken, sometimes just one, but another group had is claimed. (You cannot call it to your floor if its open on another floor; it is not like a normal elevator). Now they are blaming the elevator problems on "slamming the doors," but these elevators have to close forcefully or they do not engage. We moved to another storage facility, and another company.

The young man that checked me out specifically told me that there was a new policy that the company would reimburse any fuel over the listed received fuel when returning the vehicle. That was patently not true… that is the reason I didn’t worry about watching the fuel level and returned the vehicle with extra fuel.

Dakota was extremely rude lacking professionalism . I just moved in on 8/28/2023 and was sent a bill on August 30. 2023 after calling several times ,I was forced to go into the location. Was told I would not be charged for a third day and that I would get a month free but neither happened - so instead of being charged around $70 I was charged $180. This part was the only really chaotic and unorganized part. They were very friendly but did not follow through.

Someone tried to break into the unit from the wall beside it. The wall was just sheetrock that someone kicked in. There was no security so luckily nothing was taken. Would not recommend this storage facility.

Excellent location, unit was perfect size and clean. Staff was super nice. Seriously every one I spoke to at different times, several months apart were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wish more places had such great staff. The man I originally rented with was Roy, he has retired but his legacy of great service continues. I will come back next summer.

I would not recommend this location. I was told when reserving a unit I would be able to pull up to the door just like a typical mini-storage unit. Not this place. They have two loading docks and with large trucks, it can take a long time especially if they have a full load. It is a first come first serve loading dock. I have wide furniture, it is not going to fit through the door. I had to take them somewhere else. The parking lot is super small. If you cannot back up a trailer, DO NOT PULL IN! They offered me insurance, really... you're telling me its not safe and you (Uhaul) refuse to take responsibility for your customer's items in YOUR facility! Again... people...find another place to store your things. The headache you are faced with and the high price you pay is not worth the agony you will face long-term.

I will give a glowing recommendation to an extent to this location specifically. The general manager attempted to fix a really bad situation. However, I made my 15 foot reservation a week before I needed it and when I showed up at eight in the morning there was no truck for me. I was told I would be called back within four hours with an update but I got a text message saying I had a new reservation I continued packing and getting things done that needed to go on the truck that I still didn’t have when at 5:30 PM I was given another reservation. This time at a different U-Haul. I had already reserved a storage unit at this location so having a truck to pick up and drop off at another location would cost me a lot of money. I was treated terribly and then the general manager did his best to get me a truck by Sunday but I could only get a 10 foot truck which meant I would have to make many more trips with limited help and NO RAMP!!! The truck I reserved had a ramp. For a small female moving mostly alone this was a pivotal issue. All of these things added a lot of time when I was already behind the ball because of not having a truck 24 hours before. I pick my truck up and it went great but when I went back the general manager was no longer there just an employee and at that point I was told that my reservation for my storage unit also had to change because they could not provide what I had originally picked. I would’ve expected for Roy or his employee to promptly reach out to me to let me know but instead I was told at the moment. I was blindsided yet again with another failing from U-Haul at the moment where I could not choose another company it was too late all of my things had to go somewhere. And they did. I ended up with a plywood box complete with a mouse trap and gaping clearance at the top of each storage unit. They are ill shaped and I was not prepared for how run down the whole situation was. I regret trusting U-Haul with my belongings and my life because they completely ruined any chance I had of making this a pleasant experience. The female employee took over an hour just getting me set up with my new storage unit that I had to pick under duress and then waited for us to move stuff up to my storage unit with a lock on it already. I come back down to find her outside for her to say “yeah there is a lock on there I need to get that for you” this whole time she is quite possibly the slowest human I have ever met in my life. There is not an ounce of urgency in this person whatsoever and let me tell you when I have been cost as much time as I have been every step she messed up cost me at least 20 minutes and up to an hour. I was supposed to be loading my stuff into that storage unit at 9 AM Sunday. I did not finish until almost 7 PM Sunday. I hate everything about uhaul I hate everything about the employees who have made my life unbearably hard when I’m already going through it with this move. I hate that the general manager tries so hard and he has a website that sells him and employees that fail him. Roy is a good human. I do truly mean that. But to not leave an honest review of the nightmare that I just went through would be a huge disservice to everyone else. I fear retaliation for this review because my whole life is in that building but I know for a fact as soon as I can afford to I will have a moving company move my stuff elsewhere. I will pay more to get out before my stuff is ruined and I have to give you all anymore of my money. If you were going to make a reservation online call that location and verify before you assume that corporation has you covered because they absolutely don’t and they will screw you over every chance they get. Both Nate and Nick were excellent! I was not pleased when I saw the first storage area. They quickly found me a different one and expedited the transaction. Fabulous employees! Concerned and VERY willing to help and please.
