The representative who assisted me could have been friendly and a bit less abrasive. Also, the security guard needs to be less assuming in his actions. My partner and I felt very uncomfortable when he came around the counter and stood near us during the whole transaction. When I came in right after the previous customers, he had remained behind the counter. Please mention that. Thank you.
Love the Internet check in to return without waiting in line wonderful experience next time I will try checking out and I am without going inside and waiting in line whoever thought this up definitely improve the user friendliness of U-Haul
The staff at the Bricktown location was fantastic. They were polite, courteous, and professional. Why I rated the experience as average is because this location did not have an appliance dolly. We requested the truck and the appliance dolly because we were moving appliances. It does not make sense to allow customers to request the items if you cannot guarantee they will be available!!! Also, why would you have a system that sets your employees up for failure? The staff was apologetic; they did not have the items we requested but did allow us to use a furniture dolly at no charge.

Let people know when the office closes. I had a trailer booked for return at 6pm. Got there before 6:00 and the office was closed. The on-line return procedure for mobile devices was clunky and a bad user experience. The office personnel should have let me know the office was closed and alerted me to the need to use the on-line return procedure. And that procedure needs a re-design.

Upon arrival, I was told that my reserved truck was not on the premises. The unhelpful associate (Shawn), who was wearing an NRA hat and seemed annoyed that I interrupted his conversation on his cell phone. After telling me that I might have to drive quite far to a location with the same size vehicle, another customer arrived with the same issue of his reserved vehicle no being on the premises. The other associate was quite helpful and immediately offered that customer a free upgrade to a larger vehicle that was on site. I had to make the same suggestion to the associate helping me before it dawned on him that he should do that. The appliance dolly I reserved was also not on the premises and I had to drive 10 miles out of the way to retrieve it. A thoroughly annoying experience with an otherwise solid company. The associate who helped me needs significant retraining in order to perform his job effectively.

Truck rode very rough.. I did not have alot of weight in the back and it felt like the shocks were out.
Roy Jennings the GM is kind and willing to help, and I don't think anything I experienced is an expression of his leadership skills. BUT, I rented my storage unit and it was still locked two days later, which was the first of many frustrations. My truck was difficult to obtain, and the account creation process was convoluted at best. It was near impossible to get anything accomplished because there were three separate people involved in the process, and uhaul was constantly confused which of us was the account holder. The truck died the moment we were done using it and we waited over an hour for the tech to come jump it. I felt the fees tacked on to the end weren't communicated to me clearly, and I was charged $25 cleaning fee for a truck that was clean when I dropped it off. This happens every time I use uhaul. I think that your company makes the moving process unnecessarily expensive and difficult. I'd like to speak with someone about the $25 cleaning fee and about getting my rent on my unit prorated for the two days I was unable to access it.

I can't think of an experience in my life where I've received better, kinder customer service than I have from Roy and his team. I will use this location for anything and everything I can, perpetually!
Enough with hidden fees. 19.95 for a van 10$ for insurance drove 6 miles and charged $60. Why do you falsely advertise prices?
Mr. Jennings was very helpful. He and his staff take a lot of pride in what they do. We have rented there before and will again.

Raining like crazy when I picked up my rental and the staff didn't let that slow them down. Got me hooked up and on the road in a flash.
Vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to keep the windows rolled down during the entire time to manage the irritations the cigarette smell was causing to lungs and eyes - 100 degree weather. Staff at counter were excellent - clearly not their fault. Should at least get a refund for the suffering and health hazard caused by secondary smoke inhalation.
