The lady that helped me sign up was super helpful and friendly, she helped me find the unit suitable for me , and I loved how the key access card helped log in and out of the facility with ease . Our unit was 1st floor and easy to access ,

I kept trying to close my account while Uhaul was trying to charge me. So glad my card was Locked.
