He showed me the different size storage areas and related costs, and we discussed possible upgrade to a larger unit when needed. He explained the requirements of storage and showed the facility and unit that I would be renting. Very impressive security.

Jimmy W | Overall ExperienceMy only complaint is this, I called two weeks ago to reserve a truck. I asked if I would get money back if I emptied my storage before my month was up. And I was told yes, it would be prorated. But when I emptied my storage, I was told no prorated rates. All calls are recorded, according to your phone system. You can check what was said. ALL employees need to know, give, and understand your policies. Other than being lied to or mislead, I was happy with u haul.
