I found the staff most helpful and fair when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit. My overall I haul experience helped my move me to be far less stressful than it could have been.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe manager here was amazing, I fell on hard times, and had to bury my son… not once did I feel judged or shamed for my financial situation…thank you
danielle r | Experiencia generalI like the fact tht storage is free for the month . It's been a blessing to be able to use tht option and use tht for other moving expenses .... Thank you and the people at the facility were very curious and knowledgeable about there work and clean .
CASSIE T | Primeras impresionesThe second level needs some kind of ramp access moving heavy equipment is dangerous going down those steps
JAVIER M | Experiencia generalIt is ridiculous that you do not have an elevator to get to the second floor and you expect people to carry items weighing hundreds of pounds up a steep flight of stairs at that I had to try to carry an 80-in TV up those stairs and hurt my back in the process.
MATTHEW A | Experiencia generalPrice for the 5×5×10 seems a little expensive but other than that everything else was great
JEFFREY H | Experiencia generalDid not receive my free lock that I was told would be left in the unit
MATTHEW A | Mudanza en líneaErnest was extremely helpful especially with the lockbox entry.
Dionne B | Primeras impresionesGreat Team 😊
tika w | Experiencia generalI had to load and unload my items around the U-Haul trailers not in use. Being a disabled single woman it was frustrating.
Heather L | Experiencia generalThe 2 guys in the front office were very helpful and friendly. They have excellent customer service skills and I would recommend this specific location to anyone who is looking for moving services!
