Very unprofessional and wrong on so many levels, also when I questioned her about it she began to yell and got very frustrated with me like she was the victim.

Instead had reserved a storage that have to climb 13 stairs put su Stuff on a cart and wheel it to our unit. It'd a hassle cause my boyfriend has to do most of the hauling up/down the stairs cause I can't do stairs alot.
