Checking tires would be helpful. 1 1/2 miles down the road and had a flat tire and The health department was unsuccessful at answering period. Tire changed before anyone answered. I mean no one answered the help department sucks.

I have used u-haul twice in the last month. Larger truck, more miles, and I received a 34.00 refund. This time a smaller truck, less time, and less miles. I only received 0.34 as a refund. Something is not right with this

I will not recommend uhaul to anyone. We did not get what we ordered, was told the day before if we wanted at 26'truck we would have to drive to another location to pick it up, which was 75 miles away. I am very disappointed and will not use uhaul ever again.

I used a company from UHAUL's website Edgewood movers. They were a horrible company and a horrible experience. The help showed up approximately 45mins. late, I used the help for approximately 2.5 hrs. of which I paid for 3 hrs. I asked the worker if someone would be over to pick him up and he told me that they would. 45mins later he knocked on my door saying that no one had come to pick him up, I called the number he provided me, the individual from the company said that he would be there in about 30mins. After 45mins later the worked knocked on my door again saying that no one had come to pick him up, I called him a UBER to go home, when the UBER came someone from Edgewood movers came to get the worker, he called me and I asked me how everything was, I let him know how disappointed that I was, I asked him if he was paying for his workers, thats when he pivoted the conversation to demanding that I give him the payment code, I told him that I did not know what the payment code was, due the fact that my wife booked the reservation. This is when he started cursing at me and yelling at me, he then kicked the help/worker out of the car. My wife gave me the payment code and I gave it to him, he continued to yell at me and curse at me. I told him that I would call the police due to the fact that he refused to leave and was becoming very confrontational. When the police arrived the 2 individuals from edgewood movers were not there, I asked the police to patrol the area. This is unacceptable and gives a very bad name to UHAUL. The customer service well at all I felt like it was nearly impossible to take the U-Haul I had to buy so much Moore Equipment and they didn't even have the equipment that I originally ordered when I ordered it they told me that the truck that I had was fine for what I was hauling but when I picked up the equipment man told me that I could not use the truck that I had basically to take the equipment I had to find another truck and still order another piece of equipment that I did not have any of the right plug or ball four I just feel like I was robbed Plus the man that worked at the front desk make me feel stupid and cheap and I will never go back to U-Haul again that was one of the worst experience I've ever had with a company in my life my wife had to go to sit in the vehicle because she didn't like the way the man at the front desk was speaking to her I called and reserved
