Hate your application not friendly password from hell

I did not chose to use this location. I made an appointment at the u-haul bricktown downtown location, 4 days before needing a rental truck.. upon arrival on my appointment morning the guy behind the counter said that they had been trying to get ahold of me to let me know that they did not have a truck for me because of mechanical issues... OK Fine. however I had no missed phone calls on my phone, NO voicemail, and NO email... so I'm not really convinced that they really tried to contact me, in the meanwhile I had a crew of people waiting for me to get back with the truck to load up for the move... so yeah, sorry... not really happy with the experience... Btw, this is the 3rd email asking for my opinion, so here it is.

I've used the U-haul service for somemtime now. Everytime I go to the S.W 29th location, Miss Jazmine Carpitcher is always very pleasant, she always has a smile on her face, shes awesome at multitasking, and she has excellent customer service. I would absoultely recommend this location to anyone in need of their service because I know Jazmine would go above and beyond to make sure all her customers needs are meet. With that being said I would like to say thank you to Miss Jazmine Carpitcher for making my experiences wonderful. You guys Rock!!!!

Professional and friendly service. We’ve rented from another place in OKC once before and cannot say the same. When we need to rent again in the future, we will use this same location for sure! Thanks for making the truck rental so easy and enjoyable! Well highly recommend them!!!
