They both be came very evil after I ASKED THEM TO RETURN THE MONEY AND NO MONEY. THEY KNEW THE BANK WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE WHAT THEY BOTH DID? MY THING ARE THERE APPARENTLY AT THE MIRRETIA, CA JEFFERSON LOCATION. I WAS ACCIDENTLY GIVING A VAN AND BECAUSE I'M MOVING OUT MY APARTMENT 45 MINS AWAY ON JUNE 21ST, 2024, THIS HORRIBLE THEIF HAS PLACE ME IN A SITUATION. sonia w | Overall Experiencemy experience with U-Haul has been a good experience unfortunately I had to give up my storage unit 2128 due to the fact of financial strain, having to make a choice on my heart medication or continue to keep my storage, which in this case I could not afford both That said I’m very thankful for the help and understanding with you all and management team facilities in Marietta, California. They were very understanding and showed great concern about my well-being and I will never forget this. I’m thankful for the professionalism and the management understanding my situation. I would always recommend U-Haul storage to anyone you and God bless.
johnny R | Overall ExperienceI’m being charged for the first month even though I had a one way trip with U-Haul and was told I wouldn’t have to. I was sent to wrong U-Haul to un load and had to drive to another one where I originally thought my haul was but the individual who provided me U-Haul gave me prior address. Once there it was not a drive up storage unit in fact my unit was on the second level. And we had to carry it up the stairs even being on first level would have been better. Next I still have not been contacted in regards to my refund even though facility manger has supposedly been contacting by U-Haul customer service overall the experience was already stressful and the app really no help at all very inconvenient actually and I use apps so I it’s not my lack of technical knowledge but I will say it was clean inside and outside of unit
