Lance C. | First ImpressionsHad my unit for 3 years, wasn't happy that they went up all those 3 years, didn't like how they called my references that was annoying, never not paid, emailing was enough notice but to constant call references, and sending multiple emails was the extreme. One thing I can say the facility was clean, no rodents, nor smells and secure easy access, advice stop with all the calling references, and all the emails, a letter, and email is sufficient enough!

James D. | Overall ExperienceThis location is supposed to be climate controlled. Every time I went to my storage unit it was like walking into a sauna and I would immediately break into a sweat from the extreme hot temperature this storage facility is kept at! I was there multiple times, and every time I checked the temperature on the thermostat it was always 86 degrees. That is way too hot!! This is the reason why I would not recommend this U-Haul storage facility to a friend. For a climate controlled unit, I would expect it to be kept 10 degrees cooler at all times. Other than that, the staff is very nice and friendly. Special shoutout to Maria, the cleaning lady at this location. She does an amazing job at keeping the facility and the bathroom clean.
