With the exception of me having to bring the truck back a couple days late and the manager at the pickup location pressuring me to bring the truck back in time, knowing that I told her I got a back injury and went to my doctor which can be verified. I’ll stop here, when I finally dropped the truck off, the gal was very nice.

Everything went so smoothly! I was shocked how quickly I was able to check out in the morning to get the truck, which I had a reservation for!! It made the day so much better. I can rent a pick up truck from Enterprise for the whole day for half of what it cost to rent a pick up truck from U-Haul for 8 hours. Pricing needs to change. Other than that, great service.

I was given a receipt that did not show any insurance I paid for then when I came back to pick up the vehicle I had to go through an incredible ritual of giving my phone number and another back up phone number which I had no access to another person since I am from out of state wanting to know the exact address I was going to hand the number of miles and details that I am not familiar with is incredibly stupid and I will probably not use you all again I will go to Home Depot and use one of their trucks because they don’t micromanage the customer in this manner

I was charged and given the insurance even though I said I didn't want it and we had a full discussion about it. I did sign because I was in a hurry and not paying attention. When I question the amount upon return. I was told oh ya, we did talk about that but nothing could be done. That's not an acceptable response.

I feel that any business should put the customer first. I feel I was not treated fairly. When ever i use U haul I return it within 24 hours. I was told i had to return the trailer the same day. I rented it at noon and had to return by 8 which put me under a lot of stress. But i was not even offered a pro rated rental adjustment for my inconvenience.

I was told that the van I needed has a foul smell because the previous renter may have cooked/prepared food out of it. I needed a means to pick up some plants for my wife. I also wanted a dolly. What surprised me was the fact that the manager was not able to use good judgement and offer me a $7 dolly as a courtesy since I was accepting of a vehicle that under most situations would not have been "rentable". I made the request but she stated that she told me the van had a foul smell but since I accepted it, she was not able to extend the complimentary dolly. I would think that this would have been even more reason to do so, since I was willing to rent said van even though it had the foul smell. Also, I was told the van had 1/4 tank of gas but in fact it only had 1/8 - after bringing it to the manager's attention she gave me a credit for the amount of the gas but again, here is a loyal customer. I used a Ubox and a truck last year when I moved, I rented another truck less than 2 weeks prior and now I am back again, the least she could do was make me feel appreciated as a customer. Uhaul is the largest and most established moving support company but customers do have choices and I did not feel that I was valued as a customer

I made a reservation at a different location just a mile away, uhaul called and asked if I would change locations I said yes and I would be about an hour late. When I arrived to pick up my rental they said I didn't call back and they canceled my reservation and didn't have my rental. After a while they were able to find one for me but I needed to redo my rental agreement (I did it online to save time). Everything worked out okay, I was disappointed in the counter person telling me I didn't call back and canceling my reservation

The guy in the black shirt does not try to help you out other than look for someone to help you if he even does that. Mostly just stares at you while you wait for help. Find another U-Haul on the same street.
