I was misinformed by 5 different people that I spoke with,I was given a raggedy truck, and my storage was NOT FREE!!!! I had to end up paying $95 for it!!! All because the people that works through u haul is NOT properly trained or know accurate info!! So yes my entire experience sucked and I will not recommend nor will I ever come back!!
