At the time I rented the storage unit, I was assured that the first month was free and thereafter all additional payments would be automatically billed to the credit card on file. Then about the time the storage fee is due, I start getting all these phone calls stating that my payment is overdue. I go in to make the payment and I get charged a $15-20 late payment fee. That’s when I am informed that autopay was never set up! Not a happy customer at this point. Is there anyone who’s willing to remedy this? In addition, they said they sent me a receipt for my payment on storage facility. Never arrives in my email. Have to call back, stay on hold for 15 minutes, they email me a receipt but nothing to show what was billed to the card. Now, have to call back and request receipt again. Very annoyed and dissatisfied. Not a seamless, reasonably pleasant experience doing business with UHaul.Jo Ann N. | Overall Experience

I never got into my unit without having to wait. The access was ALWAYS blocked with trucks being returned, being clean out after return or just sitting in the driveway. Very frustrating when you are on a schedule and have to wait. I even had employees let me go in through the out gate to get around the traffic jam.Thomas F. | Overall Experience

The attendant that assisted me on Sunday was very kind and thorough. She was able to find what I needed aNd had a pleasant attitude. The next day we needed a storage unit and the manager on duty was just as kind and helpful. I would definitely use this location for future needs and would recommend to anyone in need. I received a free 30 day storage unit. The owner/employee manually opened the gate for me and I enter the facility to unload/load my items into my newly acquired unit. Upon completion of unloading I proceeded to exit the storage. Prior to leaving I put my code (which was created & provided by the owner/employee) into the gate access kiosk & it opened. I returned the next evening around 8:18pm and my code was denied. Same code, same location. The only difference is it was the entry kiosk. The evening prior I used my code in the exit kiosk. I was continually denied access. I was told by the owner & it’s also on their website, that access hours are 5am-10pm. I’ve been waiting almost an hour & have been on hold with corporate for over 30 minutes & counting. I will have to temporarily end this comments section of the review for this facility until I am able to get a resolution as I’m still waiting 9:14pm Friday, September 11, 2020....to be continuedDon H. | First Impressions
