I believe when I find a for my unit, they told me I had to pay additional to have 24 hour access. I really wish it was just part of of the regular package as it cost so much for storage already.
chaz h | Overall ExperienceI know not much could be done about it. But sometimes the lack of parking meant walking a good distance with things from my unit. Again, I understand it can’t be helped but figured I’d mention. Just speaks to the popularity of this space. Will be using again should I need storage!

laverne l | First ImpressionsEveryone and every time I need help or every time I came this location they are helpful. Everyone that works there are approachable and polite. If I have a question they would stop what they doing to assist me. I have lung issues so I can’t walk for. I would ask if someone would go get the truck for me. And every time they would do it for with no complaints. Very easy check ins and outs. Dashaun ( not sure if that how to spell her name). But she is always there her approach is always professional. Very sweet and beautiful inside and out. I definitely would recommend any friend or family to this location. And use them again and again.

Mark S | First ImpressionsThe staff all had great personalities, were very helpful and was very knowledge. There was one lady there on the day I came to get the rental van around 12:15pm following the instructions on the app that said to go to the side of the register and give them the code. When I did so the attending woman was nasty and rude and said to go over there cause she on the phone in a very nasty disgruntled irritated voice. She was very dark skin, shirt, kind of rough in the face and I believe she had her hair in a ponytail. You could probably see her on camera to get a better idea of who I’m talking about I had on an African print skirt with red green black and yellow.
