Pickup of 5x8 trailer was as expected. Trailer was well worn, a little dusty inside. Lights a bit problematic but used because of time crunch. Consider using an electric leaf blower to clean (I did). Consider pressure washing then lubricating the roll up door.

The process for renting vehicles with a corporate account need approving. I had to reserve 6 vans on my credit card then when I came to pick up the vehicles I gave the owner my corporate reservation numbers but my vehicles were still charged to my credit card.

In the future, a warning would be appreciated of the activities in the city. There was a marathon in Richmond and because we did not know about it or know the city well, we ended using over an hour and a half getting across the street to get the van and re-connect with our ride.

It took staff 2 1/2 hrs to check me in and find the equipment that I needed plus they never explained to me how to put my vehicle on the transport which lead to me damaging my front bumper!!!

I had reserved an appliance dolly when I made my reservation but there were none available when I picked up. I was told that the trailer is truly reserved but the other items are "first come first served". This could have been better noted when I made my reservation on line. It turned out to not be a problem, I was able to move my appliances with lifting straps, but still I would expect that when I make a reservation in advance all of the items reserved should be available.

Have your customer service personnel that works outside with returning the trucks to focus on customers. Not a good experience returning the truck.

We arrived to the U-Haul to find the line extremely long. Luckily, I had made a reservation the night before so we were immediately seen. We went to hook out truck up and the blinker lights weren't working properly. The staff were extremely positive and helpful. We sat in the parking lot for almost two hours trying to fix the trailer lights and we ended up getting them to work! U-Haul had all of the equipment we needed and were very courteous to us while we were trying to figure out the problem. No issues with return either. Great experience.

I going to have to call them tomorrow. I received a telephone call changing my pick up location when I get there there were not open that day I have to drive to where my original location was in Richmond which was further to pick up my truck.

I got three calls to confirm my reservation for the truck I returned the call after the first. And I still got 2 more calls. When somebody reserves a truck and you give them a quote. It needs to be a complete quote with taxes and the insurances options. Thank you!

Everything went really well customer service was excellent they were very busy but the ladies did a great job. I would give them a 10 out 10 the uhaul over by my house on ladybraum rd was completely horrible and did not address my concerns about uhaul she costing the company money I know it is a small business a gift store but still the the 2 sites are like night and day. Thank you to the wonderful people that answer your phones and the ladies at the vcu lombery uhaul great job

We had an excellent experience with the young man who brought the truck out. He walked us around the truck, helped with the mirrors, answered all of my questions. Overall, awesome experience! I made an online reservation for a one-way truck. I was told in-store during pick up that if I returned it early, I would be able to get a credit for the day I didn’t use the truck (which was forced upon me by the online system). Well, that didn’t happen. I ended up paying for two full days even after returning the truck within 8 hours, and during business hours.
