Dennis N | Experiencia generalI plan to only use the storage for one month after having moved only blocks away from my previous address we only need some space while we're organizing our new home. The climate-controlled storage facility is supposed to be open till 10:00 p.m. for Access but apparently there's an issue with the code machines and I had to leave before I was finished at 7:00 p.m... though the staff there accommodated me and waited until I could get what I could do done before they locked up. Staff was very helpful and accommodating!

The young man also took time to help me load and unload some heavy things into the unit. I would recommend renting any unit here. They do not have an elevator so you will need help with anything heavy. The place is clean and well maintained.

PEDRO B | Primeras impresionesMy original reservation for a moving truck & trailer was changed the night before pick up and I had to find transportation elsewhere. Then, when I arrived to the storage unit, a representative there informed me that there was no elevator and my unit was on the second floor. I am shocked that the answer to this issue was to either climb the stairs or cancel the reservation. This location should look into investing into an elevator since the representative mentioned that this is a reoccurring issue. I was not satisfied with this experience at all and how this was handled.
