Brandon S. | Overall ExperienceOur storage unit was supposed to be temperature controlled, but there were many gaps and you could see sunlight and you could feel the heat from outside. The insulation on the ceiling was torn. Another client in the area found a snake in their storage unit. I reported the poor condition of our storage unit And the U-Haul employee said they would report it but really had not much to say afterwards.
