We receive excellent customer service by the staff when we come in the U Haul storage center. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and when we use a moving truck they are cleaned and operating properly.

The online moving process is strange. Everytime you open the app, you have to confirm the move in for the storage, and that led to me reserving 2 units. The u-haul app only added more confusion and delayed the prosesses.
