Ms.Jamie is so amazing she was very helpful to me during my occupations of storage. I greatly appreciate everyone that works here. I highly recommend this Uhaul property to everyone. I know where to go if I ever need the service again. No matter how far I live I would definitely pass by so may others storage space to get back to this location.

We paid for 24/7 access but repeatedly had trouble actually accessing the facility outside your normal hours. Security was substandard. It's impossible to reach anyone at that particular facility by phone.

Jaime made important papers ready every month to assist with my becoming qualify as a first time home owner. She would have it ready and neatly packed and ready to go monthly. She also offered beneficial and important information to me regarding truck size an packing information.Jamie goes above and beyond CSR . She is indeed an asset to the Uhaul company.

Great help and accommodating. I personally couldn’t understand the locks for a little bit and they helped me out no issue. Great customer service, clean, and understanding. Parking lot is a little tight but understandable.
