Some of my things were missing out my storage it had different lock on it which they could not explain

Alexander M | Overall ExperienceFrom renting a unit for over 12 months with no lighting inside of my unit, my code for entering my unit consistly failed to work, the staff kept mentioning that they supported have fixed the door issue.
dale w | Overall ExperienceThe unit wasn’t emptied, full of trash. Had to wait 10 days before it was cleaned!!!😨. Was offered an additional free month for inconvenience, but never received it. Was denied access after the first month. Repeated visits and asking for management was futile. They were never there and never returned any of my calls. Terrible terrible customer service. Staff told me that they don’t want to get involved with my situation and never helped me

I was completely prepared to do so on the 12th, only to find out my unit was auctioned! I've tried emailing and contacting the store my unit was located with no reply!!!

She explained everything to me in details, and she showed me the storage space before she rent it to me, because I wasn’t sure if it would big enough for the things I was storing.

Larry K | Overall ExperienceUnfortunately I was in a car accident and didn’t have access to my phone and debit cards for a month and a half. I gathered everything I’ve consistently called this location. NO ANSWER. I’ve called customer service so I can pay the balance , they also called the location multiple times NO ANSWER. They even emailed on my behalf NO ANSWER. How can I have the opportunity to get my belongings when no one will contact me back?. I HAVE ZERO INFORMATION ON WHERE KY BELONGINGS ARE!!!! I have my ER and discharge lapsed even photos from the accident as well as the emails I’ve sent this location trying to pay the balance when I got out the hospital. I WILL BE FILLING A LAWSUIT
