Was dissatisfied with my truck experience yesterday. It was a hazard and I could have been in a accident. Do to there lacking of checking there equipment.

Was denied access after the first month. Repeated visits and asking for management was futile. They were never there and never returned any of my calls. Terrible terrible customer service. Staff told me that they don’t want to get involved with my situation and never helped me

I was completely prepared to do so on the 12th, only to find out my unit was auctioned! I've tried emailing and contacting the store my unit was located with no reply!!!

She explained everything to me in details, and she showed me the storage space before she rent it to me, because I wasn’t sure if it would big enough for the things I was storing.
