Charge customer for what they ask for. I didnt ask for the safe move but i was charged the 14.00. Now i understand where the customers get upset about the charges they didnt ask for. I lnow its after the fact and i didnt look over my receipt before i left the store my fault. But its not fault adding something on i didnt ask for. I thought i could trust my coworker to not charge me for something i didnt ask for. Thats bad. There was one person on a saturday on One of the busiest day of wkend. Now i understand the customers. I asked for a dolly. Didnt check before i left again having trust in my coworker. And to no prevail it was not there. I had to come back to the store to get a dolly once I got to my move location they had already had the stuff moved again they didn't use it. So wasted money. Very disappointed.



Well my only complaint was the fact I was not informed at the time of making a reservation that if paying with cash which I did that an additional $100 was required I did not have that on hand and was an inconvenience to get needless to say I was very embarrassed standing in front of the clerk and when I called reservations they did not accommodate me for their error

The guy who scanned the trailer as returned spoke very little English. Perhaps provide English lessons for all employees who can't speak it well, or else make English speaking one of the requirements for hiring.

Be very careful this location (Jimmy Carter blvd) will charge you extra day or even days, it happened to me five times and never refunded my money!

On my visit on December 1st the customer service rep was extremely rude to the customers that were directly in line ahead of me. Definitely need to train the individuals at this location on dealing with individuals/customers whom speak another language.

The attendant forgot to check in my trailer even though he said he would. I had to call the uhaul customer service line to get it taken care of. The Norcross, GA site took care of it immediately and called me to apologize. That goes a long way to mitigate the concern about getting the equipment checked in.

We got a truck rental for 5 days and then when we show up the lady at front said the corporate change their policy and she can only rent a truck on the weekend for 24 hrs.

Everyone was so good to me. Especially the booking agent. The entire staff was exceptionally professional and very friendly. I'm going to be buying a house next year and I'll be sure to go back to this location to rent my next U-Haul. I also own a catering business and from time to time I need to use a U-Haul to take my things to the location. I will surely reusing this location for all of my U-Haul needs. I absolutely loved it and it's right next door to my bank oh, so when I get done making my money I can go right to my bank and deposit it when I turn my U-Haul in for my business. Stop charging additional fraud charges after a off

Stop charging people for gas unless you check the gas guage on a level surface. I, a loyal customer, gets overcharged and them i have to spend time waiting on uhaul to resolve the issue and correct charges, which means my money is being held. Also, I called the store to check on a phone charger. It was approximately 6:55pm. I asked the young lady of she could help me to see if i left the charger in the vehicle that had been returned the day prior. She asked me to hold and then, within 30 seconds, my call was disconnected. I called back right away and. noone answered. By the time i got an answer, the store had closed and my call was routed to the reservations line. It is my contention that this was the plan of the customer service agent when my call was disconnected. That is not appreciated.

Rude staff. Charged me for 2 days on trailer. I only had trailer 4 hours. Store closed out ticket 26 hours after rental and charged me 2 days. I was told be lot staff to just drop off trailer. He said I didn’t not need to check in
