Reserved truck three days prior, when went to pickup would not release due to computer errors. Lost days worth of moving, had to pay 5 movers to sit and wait for van release and they left at 5:00PM with money in their pockets and still no truck. At 5:3-PM got call saying they would let us have truck if we paid in advance, which they would not do at 10:00 AM when we went to pick up. Never will recommend this location to anyone no matter what.

Very busy location and not enough help. Additionally, I was adviced at 6:45 pm the car trailer was not available after I had confirmed everything that same morning. The following morning, on my departure date from GA, I lost over an hour going to another location and obtain a trailer. Once I returned to the uhual location at Jimmy Carter to pick up my car and load it unto the trailer, I was very annoyed because there was a car trailer at this location. I was very upset seeing that NO one called me to advice me of the trailer availability at this location.

I noticed when we exchanged our truck the Nesbit location had cheaper mattress bags in stock whereas this location only had the most expensive. Interesting since it was a well stocked location. Other than that pick up was smooth.

More professionalism amongst some of the staff members. Some are not very friendly, and seem more concerned about breaks than customers. That should not be discussed while in the middle of a customer's transaction, taking up their time.

When people state they'll check in your equioment they should. I had to callmultiple times the following day to make sure my equipement had been checked.

Companies like uhaul should assist customers based on principal. The GM of this location assisted me with my reservation and when I pointed out the discrepancy of ONE MILE on the odometer vs the contract, I was called a “cheap Indian”. These kind of statements are unacceptable and should not be condoned by Uhaul. Very disappointing experience!

The truck I was given for a 500 mile trip had the engine light on. Have better trucks for long trips. I got only 4 miles per gallon of gas.

I was charged for extra mileage of 138 miles. After numerous phone calls and visits to the site, I finally got one young lady that was helpful and remedied that matter.

online scheduling is a joke. when we got there and started the check in process, another customer started a few minutes vefore us, but we were both given the same truck number. he got the last 17 " truck so we were given the 15 ". we did get good customer service however. the young lady gave us mileage at .79 cents for the weekend. but still we wound up spending about $79.00 bucks .. then the site inendates you with extra services. if your not paying attention youll click on extra expenses your not aware of.. i just think your better off updating your website that would not give two or three customers the same vehichle.. we documented the damage on the wrong vehichle... thats crap!

It has nothing to do with the location. The price was high. For like 6 hours, I paid like $122, excluding gas. This is the most that I have paid for using Uhaul. A furniture company quoted me $80 to bring to bring my furniture, but I thought that if I use Uhaul, that it might be cheaper. Well, it won't happen next time.

Everything was fine until the return process. They wanted to charge me $17 for being just below the line on gas. Could have been avoided if they gave me the truck with the gas tank full instead of at half a tank. Then I'd know how much gas to put back in
