The van was clean and operated fine but the dash was warning to service the tire pressure monitor. I was processed in and out much quicker at this location than the last, so good job.

I am upset that i reserved a truck 3 days in advance. A heavy rainstorm was expected over the weekend. The uhaul location was aware the truck's roof had a leak; however, they failed to disclose this information to me. To make matters worse they claimed on the insurance form that we had been informed. I was moving furniture, i would never have accepted a truck that leaked, especially wjen the forecast called for heavy rain that weekend! For the next customer, I hope you'll be honest and disclose problems.

U-haul should update the drop off locations for which does or doesn't take return rental equipment. We checked from the internet and drove to two U-haul locations and found out they don't take return! Waste us 2 hours!

Both young ladies that were working at the front desk were awesome! I wish that I could remember their names. The first time I came in on Thursday to reserve a truck for a quick local move and the second time on Saturday morning to pick up the truck. Both times I received polite, courteous and professional service. Kudos to these two ladies for making my experience actually pleasant.

I always book a truck without the dolly. I don't need a dolly unless I suggest so. So, to give me a truck with a dolly tied in feels counterproductive plus I don't want to explain why the dolly got loose. I don't use the dolly but because of whatever work I am doing, it gets cut off and I don't want to pay for something I said I don't want in the first place. Good thing that the guys at this location were understanding enough not to charge me for the dolly. However, give me a truck with no dolly when I say I don't want one. Thank you!

I reserved a 6 x 12 cargo trailer (order # 20976596) and called 30 min prior to pick up to make sure it is available and was told by a rep named Darnell that it was. When I arrived there was no trailer and Darnell told me somebody just picked it up because it was double-booked. He then sent me to another location (Jimmy Carter Blvd) and promised to process a $50.00 reservation guarantee credit for me. I have not received a credit. Please put $50.00 back on my MasterCard ASAP. Thank you.

I rented a trailer at 7:30 am and returned it when the facility opened at 9:00 two days later. I was told that there would be no charge for these additional 1.5 hours. When I returned it they tried to charge me ( of course the same person wasn’t there). This just gets me riled up. It’s a small matter that got resolved quickly but they should know better.
