Very disappointed. First of all I made my reservation a month in advance, arrived on time for pickup only to get there to be told my truck was not available and they could not place me in a truck available because it was reserved for another customer but because someone didn't return their rental on time I was inconvenienced, the manager was very nonchalant and unhelpful and told me I only had 2 options take a truck that was too huge or wait til later in the afternoon. I had to move that morning that's why I made a reservation. The only helpful associate was a young lady named Deanna who got me a slightly smaller truck than I reserved but she was friendly, sympathetic and helpful and that ended up working out. I was then charged $20 extra for cleaning and another for returning after hours. SMH I feel maybe I was charged extra fees because me and the manager bumped heads and I wasn't there to defend myself. Well lesson learned, there are more moving companies other than Uhaul I will sure be using from this day forward and I will never recommend anyone to this company. Horrible horrible service!
This location charged a $25 cleaning fee. I had the unit for 6hrs, house to house, no dirt, nothing left in back of unit. I will dispute the charge with my bank. I called the location, phones rolled over to customer service. They claim I have to go back to the loaction to get a credit.

I put in a complaint about my final price for my rental van, i'm still waiting to hear back about the outcome.
The employee was rude, unhelpful, and unclear on how to check-in. She also didn't make it clear on where to go to load up my truck. I spent too much time waiting and driving around the building in circles looking for help.

The truck was clean, but smelled awful. It was if there were lit cigarettes burning in the cab. My clothes and mask smelled the next day!
The staff was friendly. They are very busy so go before your pickup time and reserve early.

Two hour wait to check truck in. I had to return the truck and forfeit my deposit because I couldn't stay the entire time because they had one person checking you and the same person checking the truck in. So with that being said , I had to give Uhaul my $100 deposit. If I knew I had a two hour wait to check the truck back in and had to go to work , I would have gone with another company
It took us 30 minutes to just get to talk to someone, and they did not know what they were doing. I actually had to tell them how to do their job. I am not one to complain, but it was not a good experience. The employees were nice, but incompetent.

Customer service was not great. The employee assisting me was not attentive nor did it seem like she wanted to be bothered with helping me.
It is a large location, it has a lot of equipment for rental and they do the installation of equipment.
I requested a dolly but did not receive one. I didn't realize it until I returned it to the drop off location. I let them know I didn't receive the dolly then I was charged $7. Sent an email but no response.

Truck was a little dinged up but nothing too bad. Gas cap was broken so the truck could not be refueled and even after adding a dispute to the gas charge it was ignored.
The backup camera works intermittently. A notification that the "Right Rear door is open" appears more times than not. It comes and goes every time you restart the engine. Your online registration totally failed. When I went pick up the vehicle, I got a "location services must be on" warning on my mobile device. My location services were on, and toggling them did not help. You already new my location because i made a reservation to pick up on Jimmy Carter Blvd, so why would you require verification? Luckily it was not an after hour pickup because I had to go through the leasing process again at the counter.
