All the guys, gentleman, who waited on me and help me as far as the truck and even the one that checked me out we’re fine the only problem I had was the Hispanic, general manager, by the name of YESICA BARRAGAN! She was rude and very customer unfriendly and I didn’t like her her attitude this morning, December 29, 2018. When I first arrive to pick up my truck, she got me ready to pay and put a hold on my debit card and I said well I’m going to pay part on debit and part in cash. She rudely spoke up and said no you can’t do that I said why not I called yesterday, December 28, 2018 and spoke with an employee by the name of Lana at the 770-381-9793 number and that she told me that it would be no problem to pay part in cash and put the rest on my debit card so I had to go all the way to the bank to wait for it to open at 9 AM to put the money on my debit card and then come all the way back and I feel as The customer service and the independent U-Haul stores need to come in union with one another and stop telling customers one thing and then cause them grief and heartache. So I’m very disappointed in Miss BARRAGAN‘s‘s attitude I will put this on Facebook about her nasty attitude and how I was treated and to not do business at that location again I think that U-Haul customer relationship call and apologize for the inconvenience because I was told something by one person and denied by the general manager and I’m just really just angry about the whole situation and will never do business with you guys again I’ll tell everyone go to Penske!!!!

The staff was very helpful, but it appeared that neither of the two guys who helped me load my car onto the trailer had ever done so before. I had to show them how to cinch the straps over the wheels, and were weren't too sure where exactly to secure the chains to my car.

This location was a backup. The first location didn’t have the equipment nor backup equipment. I was also told that I’d be charged an extra days rental if returned at 23 hrs. That’s not what the website shows and in fact it wasn’t what happened, so some training is needed.

They didn’t have the cargo truck I ordered so I was given a small moving van. OMG!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE! I HAD NO LEG ROOM! When I completed moving my daughters furniture and retothe truck I was in excruciating ?? pain legs arms and back. DO NOT RENT THIS TRUCK IF YOU ARE OVER 5’ TALL! The rep was very nice. She didn’t charge me for the rental only mileage and ins coverage.

I came from Idaho with an issue with the hitch that was installed in Idaho. I had horrible problems with this hitch on the road. I asked them to remove hitch and that I want my money back they told me I have to contact Idaho (which I do not live there) to have it removed and money back. I don’t plan on going back. I want my money back I can’t pull into any where with out this hitch hitting and dragging

I'd initially reserved a truck at location on Jimmy Carter Rd for 9 AM but the staff ended up giving my truck to someone else and said that my reservation was for 7AM and not 9. Upon asking questions regarding all changes, they made another reservation for me at the location on Plasent Hill rd for 2:30 PM and wasted half of my day and made me drive 7 miles to get a truck
