Someone marked the wrong gas mark on my contract. as if it was more gas than it actually was. it was on 1/8 someone mark 1/4. I drove the vehicle less than han 10 miles and gas. That's incompetence. I never feel comfortable doing g business with U-Haul ever. I called customer service twice and both reps never extended my reserved and no notations as I requested. What's the point of having customer work from home if they can't do their job.

rented early morning, was told all lights worked, found out trailer shorted my interior lights, did not know until started evening drive, was told to contact manager at Ellenton location, no answer no return call

I had ordered a 5x8 trailer they hooked up a 4x8 and it was blowing fuse for lights with my husband truck but they guys were great went and replaced fuses for our truck when I realized they had given me a smaller trailer I brought it to their attention they had just told my husband they were going to put a 5x8 on but it is what we should have originally had. But staff were fantastic.

Ensure the equipment is available prior to customers pick-up time. equipment. I had a difficult time getting my equipment....on Saturday, October 13 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m...this was very frustrating.

I asked for 24 hours reservation but at the pickup they said it's only for 10 hours. Even though the clerk thought it's for 24 hours the system locked in 10 hours only.

When I arrived at the pick up location, I realized that a truck I reserved had not been assigned to my reservation.So I had to contact Uhaul customer service to find other locations that had trucks available for pick up, and I had to drive to the new location to pick up a truck. I am so dissapointed with what had happened to me yesterday. If this is because of U-haul's overbooking, U-haul should have contacted me in advance and notify me of the change in a pick-up location. I wasted my time and gas/mileage on my car to go from the original prick-up location to the new pick-up location.

The franchise office such as A1 Mini Storage have horrible customer service and are unreliable. My suggestion would be to only use actual Uhual locations to rent your equipment. This location took care of us in less then 15 minutes when the feanchise location had no idea why we were there. They told us they got our reservation 10 minutes before we got there.
