Clarence P | Experiencia generalMy storage was broken in too on May 29th all my valuables were stolen no arrests were made the insurance company gave me a check for 350 dollars but my items were worth a lot more
Bennie B | Experiencia generalSuperb
MICHAEL H | Primeras impresionesThe people in the office was really nice and helpful
Lewis N | Primeras impresionesProfessional and friendly well-trained staff. Very pleasant experience. I am a return customer for years as it has always been an easy experience with the staff at Rancho/Alexander Las Vegas location. I will continue to recommend your services to friends and family. Thank you to the staff once again for making my life easier.
Sharon B | Experiencia generalThank you, it was a great experience. Unfortunately I wasn't able to maintain the payments. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone and to the angel I talked to. I'm thankful there are still nice people who care. Excellent place, I will recommend it.
ERIC C | Experiencia generalLights would not stay on for more than a few seconds. Made it very hard to see things in the storage. Management was too eager to charge late fees on business accounts. Found new facility that is more flexible for business use.
SHAWN W | Experiencia generalWe were surprised and delighted by the customer service, the cleanliness of the facility, availability of carts and ease of moving storage items into the facility.
Margot R | Mudanza en líneaI was only informed about one month free on storage unit’s.
Marva G | Primeras impresionesI was a customer of yours for 7 years it was always a pleasure going there until my last visit but I do thank you for everything
