Timothy A | First ImpressionsI checked in online, got to the facility to get some direction to where my unit was and was directed to the wrong building. After wasting time backing the trailer up to the wrong building, the guide realized that I was at the wrong building and went inside to get some assistance. After five minutes, another associate shows up with a map and directions to where my actual unit was. Rather than showing me where it was he was just verbally telling me where it was. I get there and the card says not checked in when swipped. Finally a ma Agee tells the kid to go back there and show me what exactly to do to keep the alarm from going off. I get to my unit and IRS way tooo small. The agent who recommended that size didn’t understand that 5x5x10 won’t fit the contents of a 5x8 trailer and I had to switch units. It was not a smooth process and lack of proper direction at first was quite frustrating! This location needs better trained agents that actually know the property and know to always give the customer a map and proper directions the first time. It was the worst storage move in that I have ever experienced. I have used Uhaul storage for over 30 years. I would not recommend this location though.
