The customer service inside the business was poor. The line was almost out the door and later when the U-Haul was returned I sat and waited for an extended amount of time for an employee to come over and check me out. Then when I called with a financial question I got transferred 3 times and then hung up on. I still think U-Haul is a good business and provides useful trucks and this location is quite large, but I think that some of the employees at this location could use some better customer service training.

The person behind the counter who helped me named Fatima did not have a pleasant demeanor when she was working on my order. I believe this is one of the key traits essential to the job. One can display professionalism but also be efficient and pleasant at the same time. She was neither. I tried to give her a return location for the truck because it was only about a mile from where I was moving to. I had the return location written down but she told me she didn’t need it because she found one that was even closer than a mile. It turns out that wasn’t the case at all and in fact she routed me to a return location that was farther away. I also told her I need a dolly and acknowledged she would include it with the order. She did not. I opened the cargo door, looked inside and did not see a dolly. I asked the guy outside who brought the truck where the dolly was that was supposed to have included with the order. The guy outside looked at my paperwork and told me the dolly was not on there. So I had to go back in the office for Fatima to process a separate order for a dolly. Then after getting the new order for a dolly completed in the office, the guy outside responsible for getting the dolly forgot to put it in the truck. Luckily I was only one block away filling up the truck at the gas station when I decided to check if the dolly was inside. It was not. I had to go back to get it. I did not have a pleasant experience overall. I wish it was the other gal behind the counter named Gina that helped me. What I observed when Gina was helping another customer was that she seemed very courteous, pleasant, and best of all efficient in the performance of her job. You need more employees in your location like Gina. What you don’t need is an employee like Fatima who is unpleasant, incompetent and does not appear to like her job at all.

On Saturday morning when I picked up the trailer I waited in line for 45 mins. I had a 9am reservation and was not able to pick up the trailer until 930am. You really need more people working your counties on a Saturday morning then just 2 lady's. There is no customer parking.

This comments is not about the location itself but about the company overall. Prices have gone up, availability for 4x8 is limited in the valley. The people that take the reservations are in another world so most likely I will no rent from you again. I was renting every two weeks

Fatima Young was grossly incompetent, and a terrible representative of your company. When the Uhaul Truck Share 24/7 site wasn’t working, Fatima refused to honor the reservation, and demanded to watch me try the site several times. Thankfully, Gena Prater came to the rescue, and pulled the reservation up without issue on your computers, and I was on my way in minutes. Fatima Young makes it so that I’ll never rent from this location again.

This location was excellent. The location U-Haul Moving & Storage at Oso Blanca on Oso Blanca was worthless. They told me they don't accept one way rentals, only rentals that were rented from their location so they made me drive to another location and wouldn't accept my return. I will never use their location.

Well I might after I heal completely. I rent a pick up truck on 6/30/19.. Trying to clean the truck out so it could be returned. The tailgate didn’t lock completely and I fell. Smash my tailbone and injuried my right elbow to the point I can’t use it. Maybe fractured. When returning the truck there were so many people there; looking to turn in keys in. It was no one really new where to turn in keys. There was a man try to get the trailer off his truck; there was U-haul employee to help ANYONE. SO MAYBE IF YOU HAD SOME THERE TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS.

After paying & being given a 4 hr return time, I waited while the slowest employee in the world filled a customer propane tank, waited for him to pay, come out, & move his car. Meanwhile I lose most of 30 minutes of my 4 hrs. Not to mention the 15 minutes waiting in line for 1 sales associate to help 1 customer. When I returned, the guy had attitude with me as I began backing the trailer into the spot I had picked it up from. Freaks out waving his arms for me to stop, which I did. I asked if he wanted the trailer right where it was? He gave some attitude & told me it would have been better off in the through lane, like I’m supposed to know. Sorry for being helpful. I didn’t snap on the 3 frustrating interactions with your employees, but I will find some where else to rent. Very frustrating.

Had a problem accessing storage unit and returned within 20 minutes having driven less than 5 miles and not having transported a single item and didn't open rear door. Advised woman I needed to leave the truck there while resolving problem and running an errand with my personal vehicle but she was extremely rude and inconsiderate and said I could not leave the truck, acting as if I was committing a crime. I was greatly inconvenienced and had to cancel, leaving three helpers in limbo and costing my precious time and delaying the move out of a storage unit by days. She gave no explanation of policy and didn't show the slightest concern for my problem or attempt to ask a supervisor to allow it. Lines are often long.

I see so many negative reviews, yes I had to wait with 4 people in front of me. The poor girl at counter was slammed but she maintained a great attitude and was very friendly to everyone. Customer service was poor. I said I needed to get a 10ft truck and she said they didnt have any in a take your business else where kinda way. I told her I had a reservation, and she was irratated. Fatima, I think her name was. I asked for extra miles because of routing and she gave me a hard time. Four trucks I've got from you this eas the worst location in 23 years of military moves.

Pickup was supposed to be simple with the app pickup had complications with the app and people inside seemed like thier hands were tied becuase I reserved through the app. It took us contacting the district manager and having her talk with the workers inside about the changes she needed to help with.

I went to pick up a truck for a small move I had to do (yesterday time 2:37 I went the u haul rental on rancho off jones and there where 4 others there 3 in line and 1 ahead of me 1 customer had a rental problem another had storage issues and the third had a purchase, and your system was down and Ms Kim Graf while taking calls, colmimg customers, talking with employees in the yard and dealing with I.T. computer issues Ms Graf handled these issues multitasking with out no help or back up to get us all what we needed with no blowback "You Can't Teach That" level of professionalism we were all impressed and she should brought to your attention cause she didn't break a sweat (check your tapes) thank you Ms Graf for the great service you showed me and others all while upholding the company's standards

I asked for a tow dolly for my mother's Nissan Rouge. I spoke with the branch manager on the phone and asked what my best option was. She said the 2 wheel dolly (after I gave make and model of car). Tuns out that this type of car CANNOT be towed with 2 wheels up (needs to be on flat bed) because it's an all wheel drive. Although I purchased all insurance, RepWest/UHaul denied by claim. $3000 damage.

We had a problem getting extra time keeping the truck. It took us a hour and 45 minutes before the problem was resolved. We talk to about 6 different people for this issue. It was not the locations fault, we had reserved to pick up after hours. That was a nightmare. I will never use that service again. It's not worth the headache

Although very polite she talked in circles said I should get a credit and then told me to go put more gas even though we brought it back exactly per contract. Brought the truck back 24 hours early and was told no credit would be given. Said to put $25 in gas and I would get a $46 dollar credit which made no sense and after doing that, didn’t receive a credit she just zero”d out the account. Very confusing but I was extremely tired and couldn’t debate my point.

I went to fill up before returning the truck. I had around 3/4 tank. I put 17 gallons into it before I noticed 5-10 gallons had leaked onto the ground from under the truck. Not out of where you fill but from under the truck. I was totally horrified. I drove it back to uhaul, which was closed except some techs were working. We told them what had happened and he said it had an overflow valve and that happens. There is no way on this planet that that would be legal and if it was there would be warning signs all over the truck. I wasted a bunch of money in gas and risked my life driving a truck leaking gas. The truck had all sorts of damage to it when I rented it and a warning light that said check fuel cap which I did and it never went off. What a horrible experience. William Higel truck TT 6777D

We were re-located to mesquite to pick up the truck. The problem is, we had to drive an extra 100 miles and pay for the fuel for the extra mileage. mileage that we should not have had to buy fuel for. It's not the Mesquite locations problem, corporate Haul schedulers made the mistake.

I’ve rented trucks from this location several times and each time the mileage of the truck was off by a mile or 2. They said I could go to their website and adjust it to save the couple bucks but I was moving and didn’t have time. Perhaps they were counting on that. A couple extra dollars on each sale adds up over time.

The mileage and tank fullness was wrong on paperwork, nobody even tried to verify that with us when we picked up the truck. When we came back to correct the issues, she changed the gas tank (still not correct but better) and said she put the notes in for the mileage and that this would be handled when we return the truck. When we returned the truck, there were no notes, big line and no one to talk about this. This was done on purpose, to overcharge their customers. We rented the truck from another location two weeks before and had no issues, this location sucks.

The lady who checked me in messed up the key card. Even though I would check in the alarm would go off chen I opened the door. This happened every time and not once did a staff member come out.

The manager of this facility should be fired. She lied to me at least twice. Her staff is great but she ruins this place singlehandedly. An employees told us that she is rude to customers and staff.

On my move out the GM Anita was not accommodating . She wanted me to pay for a month. Needless to say I had to call Mike and he was very nice and fixed it for me.Then she threw my phone back at me

The guys checking in the truck need to be more cautious when filing their report because our the mileage they reported was different than the mileage on the odometer. But it was quickly fixed. :)

My experience renting this storage was okay but I don't feel that it was right when U-Haul does not prorate and give me back my money if I do not stay in the storage unit the full month ends.

I got a one way truck to Los Angeles with an Auto Transporter. I paid an additional $20 +tax to have the car secured and tires strapped. By the time I arrived in L.A. the tire straps were off tires.

Mger is rude. Thieves. Forced me to pay for something I didnt agree to buy then refused to return my money because item was opened and used by them without my consent. Mgr is a miserable person. Run!

There's one thing I would change. It's uhauls computer system. Everytime I was at the facility the computers had issues. It made for ridiculously long wait times.
