Took 20 minutes for two people to figure out how to hook the trailer to my car. Trailer was incorrectly hooked. The jack was still down after they told me it was good to go. The chains were not attached properly. I tow a 8500 pound Boat and if I had these issues with that there would have been some sever damage. This is a huge safety concern. Upon return, no one coming up to help or show where to drop off equipment. Unfriendly staff. Not pleased with the service especially the safety measures not taken place to ensure the trailer was properly hooked.

When I checked the truck back in, there was a light in the rear OUT. I was issued this truck with a burnt out light????????????? Why wasn't it checked prior to my departure? I suggest you consider a half day rental as I was expected to return the truck by closing the day I rented it as there was a shortage apparently. That was a 4 hr rental time at a full day charge.

First I was given a flatbed trailer when I asked for a car dolly. Second I was there for over two hours. Third I was not told to pull up to trailer area. I was told that a agent will come to me which they did not. I was passed up to help others when I did pull up to trailer area. They were more concerned to sell propain and take in returns then help me. All together this was the worst rental experience I have had at any uhaul before over the years.

I was probably 3rd in-line when I showed up at the location but waited at least 20-25 minutes in line. The customer service cashier lady was talking with the customer about her personal life for around 10-15 minutes as the line grew longer. Very frustrating. And the customer service rep had her customer infront of her for a berry long time trying to help them. Miserable experience and the other people in line were verry upset as well

Uhaul Truck was 1/3 full of big boxes and 4 bags of trash. Didn’t notice until I got to moving location. I had to break boxes down and find dumpster for trash. Truck cab was clean and car auto transport was in good condition. No problems with 1400 mile trip.

Get rid of trucks with 90,000+ miles on them, which have wrecked upholstery. Steering was so loose that use of the truck on a busy freeway (95) was seriously dangerous.

Could not make a reservation on line. Very long wait and process at check out. Staff was awesome though at check out and return. Very courteous, polite and professional. Truck was very clean, well maintained and easy to drive. Aside from the long wait, U Haul was top notch. 4 out of 5 stars. Thank you.

No happy about getting called the day before and was informed about a trailer special and different location to pick up truck. When I get there I was informed the 17 footer I requested was not available and that’s why I was given the trailer. The lady the night before did not mention that. I ok’ the 15 footer and when I go outside it was bug ridden and dirty. What I found amusing was the guy was looking around the truck for damage and he had a time with that because of the bugs. I was then told I could drop truck off at a location just down the street from my house and while I was on the road I noticed was a different location. I call the 800 line and spoke with a lady that really didn’t seem to care. Drop off at the further location cost me an additional $17.00 because I had to take an Uber home. What I can I recommend to improve lots.

Please make sure you have seasoned employees working the counter on a busy Friday, not two brand new employees that can barely do there job or answer common questions. I waited over 45 minutes in line along with at least 10-12 more customers with a line from the counter to the entrance door. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a U-Haul.
