I have had some pretty crappy experiences at this location. Then last month I dealt with Tami, just a great lady who made it turn around for me! On this rental Gena continues that hospitality. These ladies truly made a bad attitude turn into a good one for me!!! So, yes, I can say it was excellent. Thank you!!!!

The checkout process seems to take a long time, but they were apologetic about the wait. The outside guys were exceptionally great with their help!! There was one gentleman that I wish I knew his name because he is probably the absolute best employee they have!! The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that nowhere in all of my paperwork did it state that they needed 24 hr notice to get my UBox out for me to access!!!

I was given one truck ** 3334 D and when I returned it was told I should have been given a different one ** 2391K. Ramona and Tammy could not help me. I waited over and hour trying to get it resolved. De’Liche was very kind and patient dispite the frustration of calling a manager several times to clear up the matter. She should receive an award for best Customer Service Representative at you’re store. I felt sorry for your customers as they waited even longer in line. 11/17/19 was a stressful day at Uhaul!!!

The truck had many mechanical problems including inoperable brakes lights, brake fluid extensively leaking on the left front corner, brake light on the dash blinking and “dinging”, truck also needs front suspension work as there was a lot of banging and clunking while driving down the road. Truck felt unsafe to drive.

My recent experience with Uhaul was unfortunately a really horrible experience. Uhaul is usually so reliable and helpful, I have used Uhaul many times in the past for the reliability, however this time it was SUCH a bad experience and set my trip back 3 days. When I arrived at the location, the staff was short with me and not helpful in troubleshooting the issues. It is standard policy for a car to be inspected BEFORE payment and contract is finalized. I know this because I have used Uhaul in the past. My car was NOT inspected and I paid for the service. After waiting an unnecessarily long time, a rude staff member came outside to "help" me - informing me rudely that I did not have the wire to connect the trailer with. This should have been discovered and resolved BEFORE I paid in full. He was not helpful and did not offer any solution. The next day, I spoke with a somewhat helpful person who scheduled an apt for me to get my wires installed. I was then FINALLY able to get the trailer. This set my trip back by 3 days, I had to cancel important work meetings and missed family obligations. Additionally, I had to pay TWICE for the trailer because the first time they charged my, they did inspect my car to know that I could not get the trailer until I had wires. So, I left 3 days late, was charged TWICE and had to pay for wires ( that I could have installed myself if someone had just been helpful and let me know.) The Uhaul website should be updated so that the make and model of my SUV is made aware that wires are needed.

This was the first time that I tried using my phone to check in and it was cumbersome and took too long. The truck was not where it was supposed to be and I had to come into the office twice to get the keys.

The cashier who assisted us was very rude; not just to us but to the customer before us. We came in on November 9, 2019 at around 1 pm. Boy! Was she nasty, disrespectful and appeared to be unhappy that she is working for you guys. She never gave us instructions on how to return the rented vehicle. She should have told us at least that nobody will be there at 8 pm when we return the vehicle and we can return by doing it online. She charged us two days when we only asked for one day. Overall, it was a Really bad experience. We were overcharged but your employee, angel, helped us out the next day. We were glad angel helped us out.

This location needs help. The ladies working the counter were more interested in having conversations with each other rather than helping the guests waiting in line. Then when we finally did get helped the first vehicle we were given had a check engine light on due to a faulty gas cap. I pointed this out and one of the people who work the yard fed me a line of nonsense about how they knew it was like that and the gas cap had been replaced. WRONG, the cap looked like it was found on the bottom of the ocean.

The ladies at the front desk are VERY friendly and helpful however unfortunately upper management is very rude, in the event that something has to be run by them. I am a Flight Attendant and if I conducted myself the way upper management does at this facility with their LACK of customer service skills and treating people as individuals; I would be out of a job! Totally unacceptable! Moving is stressful enough that people don’t need the management at this facility to add to it.

The entire staff was fantastic! From Tammy and Gina at the counter and with Anita, and Wilmer on my way to the truck, all was spot on! I was professionally and warmly treated like a special guest! The service here is better than any other outlet for rental!! Even the gentleman with the KC Chiefs hat at check in was fantastic!
