Counter Associate did not want to be there no friendly greeting, unhappy, Called back later to ask a question was on hold for 20 Minutes. Outside associates were friendly.

Was told the gas tank had more than it actually had, was fixed on inspection. Either the steering or the alignment was off with the truck as it was difficult to stay straight on the road without constantly adjusting the wheel. The back of the truck seemed to be coated in a thin layer of something slippery and I kept sliding around as I was putting things inside.

Check and see if handcart was used. I was charged seven dollars and I ended up not using it. I did not break green zip tie wire. I was still charged afterwards for the cart.

Hire more help. I decided to make a reservation in person as I was driving by, they told me the equipment was not available for 2 days, only 1, and then they booked an open trailer instead of an enclosed one which I specifically asked for. when I went home after waiting 45 mins in line and looked it up on your site, it was available, no problem, so the person at the counter either didn't know what they were doing or just couldn't do it correctly, pretty frustrating experience.

The UHaul software that deals with customer refunds, etc. Seems to be very cumbersome for the UHaul dealer employees. It took at least 5 phone calls to get an error fixed by the employee.

I rented pick up for a day then renewed it the following day upon returni g it...however i received a new receipt and agreement but my mileage was carried over from first rental agreement which i dont think was fair and was very costly; especially considering the advertised rate 19.95 plus mileage.... 140total between to days only requested 40 miles for the first day . asked for it to be changed when i renewed. This was not done which resulted in me having to pay another $80 on top of the $95 i had already paid for the 2 days... Starting milage was 12947 end was 13008. I would like to know what does the company plan to do about this situation
