Everything about my experience was good except for a few billing issues which I’m very unhappy about. Uhaul still owes me $74 and change for the first reservation they made for me knowing fully well that I requested for a storage capacity of two bedrooms items but instead the booking agent booked a the smallest storage capacity. I was latwe upgraded to a size that fits all my items with a promise of month free for the inconvenience caused by uhaul. I finally got to all my items out the storage before my due date of the 24th of December and uhaul was still trying to bill my card which is very unacceptable. That’s considered double dipping and that’s not a reflection of good customer service or transparency.
