WILLIAM M | Overall ExperienceAs a customer me and my friends have witnessed a few homeless people staying in their unit one of which smokes weed inside his unit. When confronting management they have done nothing about. Customer service also does nothing to address this issue. Lights in the hallways do not stay lit for more than 2 minutes and the CA,CB,CC hallways are not properly air conditioned and stuff will get damaged in those hallways.

The bathrooms at Park Street wouldn’t recognize my pass card and there was no reply on the help button. Just unlock those!!

That is his name but he helped me I was flooded by milton and when manager of complex said I would be charged for anything left from flood. Angel climbed into the cabinet dragged out some funky pots n pans angel pitched into help ...when I got to office for storage unit. They remembered Me I had just picked up a 10×20. That was there for a month. Now. I'm in storage again. But a 5×10. I lost everything. But Christmas thank you
