Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe always choose this location. They are wonderful and Michelle really goes beyond for customers. Thank you very much
CHRISTY N | Primeras impresionesNot informed about promotion. Even asked about AAA discount. Also, rodent traps in my unit... I don't want dead rodents in my unit.
KATHY S | Primeras impresionesVery clean and safe.
Rosslin H | Primeras impresionesThe Customer Service Agents Jeanette and Michelle at the 13564 66th Street U-Haul location in Largo were a Godsend!! They took the time to answer all of my crazy questions and Jeanette gave me a top-notch introduction to securing my unit. She also took the time to engage in conference call with the Operations Manager of my moving company. Thank you both so much!!
Celestine R | Mudanza en líneaAccess to locker blocked by trucks, took over a half an hour after being addressed to complete transaction and be issued a locker.
Don S | Primeras impresionesYour manager was a very uncomfortable person I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who would have to frequent your facility regularly she is a nasty human being acusitory and if I may say she has a very nasty disposition I really don't know how she's in that position. Michael never again a customer with u haul
JOHN M | Experiencia generalPlease allow someone to say all of the above you have taken very good care of my needs thank you
JOHN M | Primeras impresionesVery helpful staff!!!
James G | Experiencia generalMany thanks.. I've rented many items from this location over the tears. I also had a short term storage rental. This U-Haul store is the best. Very accomodating and the staff is top notch. Thanks again!
STEVEN V | Experiencia generalThis facility has very a kind and hard working team. They made my move out go seamless!
Emily L | Experiencia generalThank You/
Bob D | Experiencia generalI can only say wonderful things about this U-Haul storage. It was very convenient. The hours were great everyone there was very welcoming and kind. I have to give out a shout out to Ariel that went over and beyond to help me out it was greatly appreciated. She’s an angel very helpful, soft spoken and loving. She really helped me out when I was in need can’t find them like that every day so I am grateful to have had the help from Ariel and everyone else there thank you guys so much.
KEVRA G | Experiencia generalAs I walked in the door, I was greeted right away by a young lady by the name of Ariel. She was very pleasant, polite, and professional she did not hesitate on assisting me with my storage unit. She made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the unit that I chose. I definitely recommend that you pay them a visit if you’re in need of a store space.
KEVRA G | Primeras impresionesThe staff was amazing and helpful. I would recommend for the staff only. The 2 key pad access to get into the units is insane! You have to enter the code 4 times!! Twice on each of the 2 keypads at the entry of the building. They patiently helped us with the storage issue. However we had a truck and movers reserved to move items to storage and they were not able to help with the movers and there was no phone number provided to help with movers, so we cancelled the whole reservation. Too bad you dont have a functioning and fast customer support number for people to call.
Jennifer L | Primeras impresionesSee above. Morning staff was helpful afternoon staff was plain his phone.
Elizabeth U | Primeras impresionesDiego was phenomenal! Very helpful and attentive to customers needs.
