The question about the office hours being convenient I put no. The door says the hours of operation, but I have never walked up and just walked in. The door is always locked and no one answers the phone. I even called customer service and they couldn't get the office to answer there call either. That is very frustrating. I as far as the staff there is an older lady that is always so nice, the other people that works there are rude and not helpful at all. So I called the salvation army had them come pick stuff up and I returned my unit. I will never use a U-Haul storage facility again.Alaina W. | Overall Experience

I've had the storage unit for over a week and can not move in because access elevator is not working. Meanwhile I have another storage unit I'm paying on since I can not use this one. I really don't need two storage units...John B. | Online Move In

The lady who helped me yesterday was amazing!! She deserves a raise. I asked her if Uhaul has dolleys to u use for customers. She said I could use it as long as I returned. At one point she brought over a second one that was even better. It took me longer to empty the Uhaul into my storage unit. so when I went to return it the office was already closed. I had 2 things of garbage to throw away. they had broken in the move. My CRV was jamed packed and no more room in the storage unit. I had 4 boxes of food that I left on one of the dollies along with broken laundry hamper and a wooden shoe shelf. The property didnt have any dumpsters for me to use. The dumpster on property was for for UHaul use only. So I didnt know what to do with my garbage and dollies. I put them in the 1st hallway aftergarage. I called Uhaul last night to leave a message about what I had done. And was going to come back 1st thing in the am to take them off property and throw away. The gentleman that answered the pnhone said he needed to transfered me to customer service. I was on hold for customer service when my car battery died. I felt bad this was my 1st day as a new tenant and I broke several rules. It would be nice if Uhaul had a dumpster on property for tenants to use. I know it probably gets really over loaded. My suggestion would be too limit customers to 2 items or bags anything over that charge them.HEIDI L. | First Impressions
The elevator never worked, we tried to get my things out of my unit multiple times but they closed early and if they didnt leave a board to prop the door open you had no access. They put us up on C (3rd floor) with a broken elevator. I am severly handicapped. I will never rent here again and I have used U-Haul through multiple moves. STAY AWAY! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Oh and they charged my card again even though they said they would not and we were a day early picking up. I would clean house starting at the top and do a complete rehire or fix the place so your poor store employees don't have to deal with this BS!PAULEEN D. | Overall Experience
