Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe units at the main facility have this huge curb leading up to the units. Makes it hard to transport heavy objects into the units. Christopher had issues when setting me up fir my move in. He also charged me for the first month. When my first month is free since I was bringing in a one way truck. Took about 10 minutes for the staff the next day to get it straightened out.
TIMOTHY T | Primeras impresionesAll of the service representatives were very friendly and very helpful.
MICHAEL S | Experiencia generalYou faithfully took my payment each month without fail, good job .
George S | Experiencia generalEverything was great, except when I tried to call into place they put me on hold every time and 2 times I hung up after being on hold for over 25 minutes. And the third time I finally got to talk to person he was extremely nice and waved my late fee since I couldn’t get through to talk to person to change my payment information the previous 2 days. But other than that everything else was great
Tonya M | Experiencia generalI paid my bill on 9/1. And cleared my until out 9/13. And not to get a credit for the days I won’t have the unit sucks. I have different storage units and they gave credit for days that you don’t use.
Karen B | Experiencia generalIt was difficult to get the size of unit. I waited a month and it wasn't on my time frame. The unit set empty for a month. I rented three units and 2 u boxes. Uhaul needs to in large inside units.
Sandra S | Experiencia generalCustomer service didn’t say anything about it
Adrianne W | Primeras impresionesThe promotion may have been mentioned, I just cannot remember if it was. I hope that it was .
Sally M | Mudanza en líneaKyla was a pleasure to work with. Courteous, expedient, and professional. Top marks! Patient with silly questions, and quick to provide answers. She did an excellent job.
Braden K | Experiencia generalVery friendly staff and felt secured having our Motorhome there.
DEBORAH E | Experiencia generalStaff is wonderful!
MATTHEW S | Experiencia generalEasy to pick up and even easier to drop off. Quick trip and everything was good. Truck was bumpy riding but that’s to be expected.
NICOLE R | Experiencia general
