The wood in the uhaul itself is untreated and rough. It put splinters all over our furniture. Also the truck we wanted was not available at this location so they gave us a slightly smaller one ( fit everything perfectly). Not a big deal. However when we go to get the truck they tell us we HAVE to return it to that location because it's a "local truck." We moved 40 miles away and had to drive 40 miles back to take the truck back, charging us more mileage and using more gas. Over all experience was not as good as it was last time we used this location 4 years ago. Last time it was easy, went in got the van paid and left. This time there seemed to be computer issues and clueless employees (typed in our credit card wrong and then blamed us for using an expired card..... It wasn't expired.)

We reserved an appliance dolly but they did not have one when I picked up the truck. The truck leaked what we presume was rain water into compartment soaking boxes and other items. The local franchise employees were polite and apologized and seemed to place the issues with corporate. I would not use again unless I had no other choice.

Every trailer needs a jack stand so a loaded trailer can be unhooked... nothing like driving on a rim after a tire blows out going down a mountainside in a construction zone in the pouring rain. I will never rent a trailer again without a jack stand.

The facility was excellent. The customer service reps need some training in ccourtesy and manners. Sandra was the only one who was helpful and polite. One short thin blond woman was discourteous .. Actually reaced her arm inside my car and said " just because you have automatic headlights doesnt mean they work with the trailer" and flipped the switch over as hard as she could. I told her sge didnt have to be such a bitch. The return was easy..Your guy came out early and checked me back in helping me get the rest if my day going. All was excellent except the one rep who needs some customer "service" training!!!

We were given the wrong size of truck, paid for a 17 foot and we received a 15 foot..it was after hours so we couldn't talk to anyone to tell them. Like hope they have the flexibility of picking up truck after hours

The truck had the light signal on for "low tire air" as soon as I left the site. They were helpful to check it out. Then it came on again the next day, again, they checked it out and said the sensor may be sensitive. However, the light came on during the trip (several times it flashed urgently and the "service tier monitor system". One of the tire needed to have air put in often throughout the trip. That was frustrating.

Long wait. Starting mileage was not visage due to a service message (I think the mileage quoted was not correct). I was told the gas tank was full to start but when I started the van, it was less than full.

I rented a cargo van for a day. When it was picked up I was told that it had to be returned by 3pm that afternoon because it went back out at 3:15pm. When I questioned what would happen if it wasn't back by then Emily informed me that it could be big problems because I don't know if you will take off with it. I asked for a manager, she took my phone number and said a manager would contact me ASAP. This was on Saturday. Today is Monday and I still have not received a phone call. I called and Jeremiah answered the phone u explained I was going to be late he said no problem. When I returned it the young lady, ? name, didn't want to address the situation. I was not happy with the service. Never had a problem with this location before. Probably my last time with U-Haul.

Renee did an outstanding job of explaining my rental contract options - she is courteous, professional & very knowledgeable. A torrential downpour passed by the facility while picking up my truck - Meaghan volunteered to relocate the vehicle undercover so I could do the final inspection & be on my way .. a big thanks for keeping my dry! Overall.. a wonder experience.

Through no fault of the people I dealt with I was delayed two days in making my departure because there was no Auto-transport available even though it had been scheduled. That is two days of paying for a loaded truck that I could not move to my destination.
