When a customer wants to pickup from this location, for example, a 26’ truck and its 20 miles away, have it delivered to this location, don’t make the customer drive to go pick it up, the customer is already dealing with having to pack and move.

The truck was clean but had no air conditioning and being 85° and moving all day a little air would have been useful. The customer service was good though. Especially on the phone because uhaul sent me to two places that did not have the truck that I had reserved but she worked hard to find me an option (even though it was an hr and half from where I booked ) she gets an A+ every thing else was ok.

We were running behind from a personal emergency. We chattes to see if there were was anyway we could extend the rental for an hour. Was told no and we would be charged another 30. A little upset and consider it terrible customer service.

Customer service was fuck all terrible. Where to start. First off your app said I didn't have an order, I called the location asking for where the hell I pick up my order if I even had it. waited at least an hour having to keep hanging up and recalling after about 20 minutes. I tried calling the location and the location owner was just pissed I was even on the phone. Then when I tried to return the truck the app didn't say a damn thing about how to do it after hours and neither did your website. I had to call customer support and pray they actually accepted the truck when I returned it. I was borderlining a heart attack for two days in fear of your infamous late fees until I could finally check my bank account to make sure everything went through. Basically get better at communicating policy.

We were both extremely thirsty while unloading the truck into storage and we would have LOVED a vending machine with water. Or really any liquid at all. Other than that, the staff was great and I am VERY pleased to have found this U Haul. It's about 50 miles away from where we need it but it is worth the drive. The staff actually made a miracle happen somehow by finding us a truck and storage when we waited until the last minute.

There was not any straps or dolly equipment....truthfully we didn't really need them but if they had asked at the pickup time we might have said yes. If you don't rent or move very often it might not occur to ask for those items which sometimes are needed. BUT....the experience was good...the girls at the front desk were fabulous and helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely use this location if the need arises again!

The online check in with your smartphone , the system can’t figure out the correct charges it wants to charge a higher amount than is owed .

The $10 fee they charge unless they can call your insurance feels like a scam. A customer should be able to have this done prior to picking up the vehicle. I was told they had to call, proof of insurance was not accepted, at the moment of vehicle pickup and if they could not contact the insurance company then you either had to wait or pay the $10 fee. Also, if this is their policy they should have it on the website, in easily read font and not hidden anywhere, so that a customer would know about the possible fee prior.
