Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulConsidering management change and the letting go of several employees, I have to say replacements stepped up and dud what they had to do and were very courteous.. was some lack of communication and contact during the ordeal. We had questions couldn't speak with anyone one and no one returned our calls.
Terri F | Experiencia generalAs far as the building door being strong and secure and would make it very difficult to break in, I would give that a 10 However, there are a few things that I do not like that I cannot give a high rating for. First of all, there is no alarms connected to my former building. I didn’t have to sign in. I just went to the door and unlocked it. I did not like that. And I am 65 years old having had 23 surgery since 1997 and I am severely disabled under times that I was there by myself and I had to encounter homeless people who made me feel nervous. There needs to be cameras there if there’s not, if there is cameras, they need to be strengthened. Until those two things are done, then I could not recommend it to anybody, unless your Popeye and you can defend yourself. But if you’re a senior citizen and disabled or a woman who should not be in a place like that alone, Fix those issues, and you’re protecting the safety of former business associates

Unit is smaller than i thought and its the biggest one but no way my car could fit in here with my stuff like i was told. Im afraid my atuff wont even fit in here and its on its way. Causing lots of stress
Dianna N | Primeras impresionesI would give you a 5 star but the homeless people at the location really need attention. Everytime I went to the unit they were hanging around, riding thru the lot on bicycles. One day one of them was in the dumpster.
COURTNEY J | Experiencia generalI tried a number of times to cancel the unit my sister paid for . she's 64 years old and mentally handicapped and physically handicapped and bed ridden and for some reason you guys will not return her money she feels that you are taking advantage of her and scamming her out of her money. I immediately call back immediately tried to cancel the order I've talked to three different people one of them said I had to close out the unit that I never even went in I never opened it it wasn't due to be there till tomorrow which is May 11th not May 8th when I paid for it I specifically said May 11th cuz that's when I rented a truck from U-Haul in rushville Marathon gas station.i need my sisters money returned.

I am 64 years old and mentally handicapped and physically handicapped and I think you're trying to take advantage of me I want my money refunded like I was promised I don't know what kind of scams you're trying to run on me.
