I had damages that was supposed to be covered with my insurance and I am not getting help!!!

GAYLE O | First ImpressionsI told Nathan and team multiple times that the entrance gate was up. It remained up 24/7 for the last 4 months. This storage facility is not secure in the least. I also requested multiple times that the door to the unit be fixed because it could not stay open without being propped open. It was never repaired.

Devin K | Overall ExperienceThe measurements were inaccurate and they were unclear of the dimensions. I rented a 8 foot long by 5 foot tall by 5 foot wide trailer and when I was told the dimensions of the storage unit were the same it was 4’6 by 4’8 by 8 ft tall and had cob webs and leaves with trash outside of other units next to mine.
