Uhaul assumes the customer is tech savy, I did all the work, employee simply hands over keys? The added cleaning fee is bad business for a vehicle returned with normal dirt, every vehicle should be cleaned after each rental on Uhaul, NOT the customer. At the end of the day this rental wasn't worth the hassle

Make sure that if you charge for uncleanliness, you need to be responsible to clean dog hair that's left behind.

the only problem that I've had with my rental is that it's been about a week now since I heard back after wrongfully being charged for a second day I have called and spoken with a Celeste who told me that she seen I was wrongfully charged that everything should have been okay let the manager she would speak to him and have him return my phone call and at this point I am still awaiting a return phone call or my money deposited back into my account.

In the past I’ve rented from here it’s ALWAYS been a massive headache from equipment not being held to wrong size equipment to lack of service to extremely long wait times. This time was amazing. In and out. Exactly what I needed

When I arrived to return rented vehicle (after hours), both the entrance and exit were blocked with 23 other returned vehicles, leaving me only a curb-side squeeze-in to park. Fortunately, there were two people there who were stranded because they had already put their key in the return slot but their own car was blocked in with no escape. My vehicle was also blocked in with no escape. So I had to keep the rental to get home and drove the couple to a relative's home on my way. I then returned my rental again the next morning, missing an appointment of importance. To be fair, when I saw my vehicle blocked in I counted 17 vacant parking spots on the property. You need a different system for after hours. Either parking directed to the vacant spaces or someone on call to help! As I've been in retail management, sales and service for more than 30 years, I would offer my services in that regard! Thank you, R Hudler, JBR Entertainment.

No mislead the customer into thinking that the equipment is available when it isn't just to make a sale. It is false advertising and kind of stealing and wasting the customers hard earned money. I'm very disappointed with the service I received and would never recommend as a matter of fact I am going to post on all of my social media and make the public aware

In my opinion, this location ran like a well oiled machine. The young man working knew his stuff. He was able to efficiently help every customer in line (7), and stayed professional through the entire thing. Two thumbs up for this Uhaul location!

The one fellow who was working was great, but he was all alone with a line of 20 people on a weekend morning 10:00 am. Sunday. People move on the weekend. Lack of staff decision by boss is terrible. Might not use again.

FIVE STAR SERVICE! No part of my recent move was as easy and as convenient as renting one of your 9' cargo vans. Your use of text messaging to confirm my reservations, low rental cost and superb counter service made a big difference when I really needed a simple solution. You can rely on my continuing loyalty U-Haul.

Everything went very well except for the final check in. Nice clean van, new equipment, all good. But the u-haul app did not work due to lack of connection at the location on final check in (we returned after hours). So it took several attempts to finally get it to work. We had rented blankets, but there were no instructions where to leave them. I called u-haul to find out, but the first person I reached hung up on me, and then upon calling back, the hold time was over 20 minutes, I had to hang up! I left the blankets in the van, other people dropped them outside the front door. Clearly no one knew what to do. I recommend some signs with instructions.

There were mouse droppings in the unit.I was told "the alarm may go off when you open the door, just ignore that." No security. When I said I was checking out I was asked "so what do you want then?"

The staff is excellent. All employees I worked with were friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. I needed storage and help changing a rental truck in a pinch and they helped so seamlessly.

I asked one of the employees to have the manager call me in regards to my concerns that the door to get access to my unit was always jamming. Never received a call the gate was NEVER open on time

When the lock we purchased did not work it was addressed to keep our belongings safe however we requested a refund and were not given one nor were credited for the inconvenience of not having access.
