I wanted to pick up the van before hours on a Sunday and arranged to use the app however when I got there at 7:30 am, the app told me I had to wait until the store opened at 9 am to complete the check in process. I called the phone number and was told the van I was assigned was returned late (after hours the night before) so they were not able to put the keys in the box for me for pick up before hours the next day. However, there seemed to be a parking lot full of vans not being used so I am not sure why another van was not assigned to me when they realized the original van was going to be late. I was compensated $20.00 for having to sit in the parking lot for an hour and a half and rearrange my day. The van I was ultimately assigned at 9am was indeed the one that had been returned late the night before but was not washed outside for me. It was clean inside but the outside was dirty. I watched the employee move it from the late drop off spot to the parking spot I pick it up from without any cleaning.

Simply put, I was overcharged. Here's my itinerary: Uhaul to home - 1.8 miles home to city dump - 2 miles city dump to Uhaul - 3.7 miles That is 7.5 miles! I was charged for 17 miles. Look at my bills and you will see the extra charge. I don't care what the odometer says. The itinerary above is where that truck went. I'll look for a refund of at least $9.41. Contract number is 22404672.
We filled the tank not knowing the capacity or mpg we drove the truck brought it back with more gas then was required and were told that there was no rebate. That did not make me happy.
The truck was ready for pu. This is my second rental from this facility. The steering wheel was sticky, there was an empty water bottle in the cab. This truck, like the last had no wiper fluid. The left rear tire was low on air. I filled it myself to turn the light off. The blower motor gor the heat only worked on high, they were aware of this at the site, but there was no monetary compensation for the inconvenience. The blower eventualy just stopped working. 29Â° this past Saturday. I know people abuse your vehicles, I do not. You should not be renting vehicles w/o washer fluid, low pressure and no heat.

We ordered a car transport and the hitch broke when we put the car on it. We ordered a 20' truck and the fuel pump was bad. They replaced the truck the next day, but since it was a DV situation, or window of opportunity to get my sister's belongings was impossible. So I paid for a truck that wasn't t used, and now her belongings are still in a house she can't access. Horrible situation, all the way around.
Not well lit for night time drop off. Approached by two workers (had no idea who they were) approached the uhaul and were unhappy i did not park in the drop off area. I was not advised to park in the drop off area not could I see this area at night. Almost missed the place at night for drop off. Uhaul was clearly not sanitized before use as it was dusty and dirty inside the vehicle. Truck was also really rough driving, seemed like a transmission problem. Not satisfied overall and would not recommend to anyone else.

This location is horrible. Im rarely someone to complain. But, even a year ago when I moved i got the truck, this location never showed me or did a walk around (pre covid) and the gas level was way below what they said. I went back in and told them, they told me they would change it and never did so when I returned it I got charged for gas per gallon. This time around, I returned the truck at 6:13 PM est on Wednesday the 30th. I get a call yesterday (the 31st) with them asking when I'm going to return it. I spoke to 2 guys Wednesday night when returning it. TWO!!!! They never checked it in. So the person, yesterday found the truck and checked it in, but I got charged an extra day. He said he would refund it, but I dont believe him or that location for a minute. I got zero confirmation email or anything showing me that. I think I'd rather spend more money with another company than do this again with this location.
Don't over charge.and if you're going to charge me per the odometer then make sure you can correctly record the miles
Make sure customer is told about engine breaking feature. Show customer where lights & wiper controls are. Otherwise excellent rental.

Honestly , the comment section is what's most important . The fact you got rid of the 17 foot trucks , makes it very obvious that you did it for the money so people would get the 20 foot trucks instead. Bad call. I'll be using another company from now on.

Reserved a 17', than was called to say it wasnt there but a 15' was. And than when I got to the location no truck was reserved for me so I had to take a 10' which turned what would have been 2 trips into 7 increasing the gas and mileage, also I requested a furniture dolly that was not given to me. Terrible experience all around.
I spoke to several UHaul sales representatives on the phone prior to renting this vehicle and informed the reps I needed it to move a piano. The check engine light was on, the truck was very reluctant to start and there was a thick layer of ice on the inside of the windshield so it took me fifteen additional minutes in the parking lot trying to get it to melt before I could drive away. Worse, I got to the location and then learned the truck didn't have a ramp as advertised on the website, so we weren't able to move the piano at all, and it was a complete waste of everyone's time and money. The UHaul representative reduced the final price of the rental but I still wasted several people's time, lost $50, several hours of my life in stress and planning, and now the piano I was supposed to be bringing my mother is scheduled to be destroyed. The salespeople I had spoken with on the phone might have mentioned the truck would not have ramp when I told them what I needed it for, and saved us all a whole lot of grief and disappointment. This was a really terrible experience.
