I had mouse poop in my storage unit, when I moved my stuff out and I sure didn’t have them when I moved in

The only thing I don't like about U-Haul is that when I was put on Hold, the same message kept repeating itself. Music or silence would be better. The repeated message to go online, etc., etc. made me think I wasn't going to connect with the office I needed.

M A | Overall ExperienceYou quoted a 10’ x 10’ unit. First, I got there to move the items in the until, placed all the stuff on 4 dollies and proceeded to roll around to find my unit. It was located on the 2nd floor so I began looking for the elevator. NO ELEVATORS!! How and I, a 60 year old woman with back problems, supposed to lift all my stuff up a flight of stairs?? On top of that, the unit wasn’t even 10’ x 10’; it was more of a closet size, I guess a 5’ x 5’. I called customer service and you had no other available units. I call the storage place next door, reserved a uni and I. 15 minutes, I was able to enter their building and start moving in. Your customer service was mediocre; it took too long as they kept putting me on hold so I hung up. I later spoke to Mikaela I. Customer service who was VERY helpful in telling me what to do to cancel the unit. Will never us this u-haul service again!

There was an issue with my reservation not pulling up it was connected to the wrong phone number I was threatened with the police being called on me because i asked for assistance. Come to find out this is an everyday practice at the Poughkeepsie location.
