Adam D | Overall ExperienceMy unit was auctioned off after I lost my credit card and was issued another one. All of my bills are on auto pay.! I did not notice that payment wasn’t coming out. Nobody called or contacted me. The store claims they sent a certified letter but it was to the wrong address!! I had a second unit with my address, number, and all listed. Now my wedding dress, baby memories including umbilical cords are ALL GONE! I tried to speak with someone once I found out, they were very dismissive and didn’t care at ALL! I had this storage and others for years and I will never do this again. Not to mention, my unit lock was taken off at one point and left unlocked. Items were missing, they weren’t of sentimental value, so I forgave them. Shame on me!!!!
Christina L | Overall ExperienceWill return will needed. The vehicles need checking though. The first vehicle we had brakes where going out. The second vehicle we had, the steering column was messed up. You try to drive one way and it slide the other way and it wasn’t even snow, ice or anything on the ground. So yes, the vehicles need to be checked over really good but other than that it was a nice experience.
