STEVANDREW R | Experiencia generalMy storage Space and my Uhaul account was deleted on the Employees side they moved me out by Mistake and l was unable to get in the gate l had all my receipts l was paid up and l went inTo a panic worried about my belongings that were in my storage space that was paid up The Male Employee did fix the problem and moved me back in and reset my code .....l am Greatful my belongings we're still in side.. The male Employee did Resolve my issue...But it was frustrating and unfortunate l had to go threw that being that l pay my bill on time every Month

MEGAN R | Experiencia generalI will never recommend u haul I wouldn't use it again I had to pay for a whole month because they wouldn't prorate my rent i was only going to be in there until February 28,2026 so I let my things Sit in there until March 16,2026 and you all had the audacity to send me an email saying my rent is due on the 19th
