Well over 1 million mouse droppings in my unit my sofa was ruined because of mice chewing through upholstery and urine stains all over the sheets that covered my furniture, total nightmare plus there’s no elevator or any kind of Lyft or dumb waiter to get to the ascending floors. This place needs a complete renovation.

Richard M | Mudanza en líneaIt was very difficult getting things moved in. We are on the 2nd floor, and there are some steep inclines. But most importantly, when you get to the entrance to the second floor there are like 3-4 steps, no ramp. So by the time you get up there, you somehow need to figure out how to get the cart up these steps. It was very frustrating. Also my husband saw cockroaches, which is not very reassuring.

The manager, Erica, was awesome, made a very challenging move less stressful and complicated situations manageable. So grateful. Professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend!
