Reserved a 10' truck and when we arrived to the location, I was told they didn't have a 10' truck and that I should have received a call. I never received a call a s was on a time timeframe and needed something. I was given a cargo van which caused me to make multiple trips, which would have taken one in the 10' van. I scheduled a reservation and the only two people at the counter were busy which made us late to the appointment and late for moving. We planned to have it only for two hours but it took an hour to even get the van when there was only one customer getting help besides me. We finally get the van and moved but came back late which wasn't our fault which i explained above. Now Im getting charged for the van and all these other charges that i already payed for IN the store! Ridiculous.JENA F.

Our car died in the uhaul equipment return and one of the workers was super helpful and helped us jump our car and wait with us for a tow truck when that didn't work. She made us feel comfortable and was willing to do whatever necessary to help and we greatly appreciate itJoseph D.

I asked for a pickup truck and was told one would be available the next day. When I arrived the following morning, there was no pickup. I had to rent a larger and more expensive moving van. I feel that I should have been charged the pickup truck price, but I'm not going to quibble over a few dollars.WILLIAM F.
The amount of fuel in the truck was incorrect on the worksheet. Didn't notice until I had already driven off of the lot. Based on the amount I was charged, the fuel economy on that particular truck was 1 mile to 1 gallon of gas, at best. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady working today was already having an issue with a real Adam Henry, so I didn't push the subject. However there needs to be better attention paid to the actual amount of fuel in a given vehicle. Especially since you are charging over $4 per gallon for a "convenience" fee.DAVID S.
The truck is in need of serious service. Continuous missing and bad exceleration due to that. I drove 42 miles and used 10 gallons of fuel. Most of those miles were interstate.KEVIN H.
