long lines. check tire pressure was on and remained on the entire time I had the truck. I alerted representatives they said ignore it and didin't have time to clear it out for me before I left. So, I drove all day with the warning light on. Couldn't see how many miles I was using as a result.MONIQUE W.

I had to ask for a step stool to get into the truck and fortunately had a two step stool at home I used the remainder of the time - not everyone has e capacity to get into a trick so would have been nice to have them offer it or have a step on the trucks plus a liability to you for someone falling or injuring their knees getting I and out of the vehicle - also the gas price is outrageous and as someone who doesn't normally drive a truck pulling into a gas station was too scary for me -the staff at Castleton when ordering, picking up and dropping off were great - just have them offer a step stool to people pleaseANNA D.
I ordered a hand truck which was not inside the trailer when I opened it.Scott N.
When I walked in there was 2 men working behind the counter. One man was with a customer and the other man was eating a full meal consisting of chinese food, fried rice, etc and a drink. This is unacceptable when helping customers. The same man while checking me out was texting on his phone in between me signing the credit card screen, etc. This is unacceptable. The same man let me stand in line for 5 minutes when I first came in without offering to assist me. He was not on break or lunch. When I received the keys to the truck, he did not tell me how to operate the truck, did not show me where my truck was located, etc. The a/c in the truck did not work. When I returned the truck, the same man tried to charge me for gas and argued with me about it even though he was wrong after going back and rechecking the truck. I had taken pictures of the gas hand before I handed over the keys. The check in people got it wrong and wrote it wrong on the paper. The same man wanted to take a photo of my drivers license with his personal cell phone to upload into the system. This is unacceptable and should not be a policy by Uhaul to allow an employee to do this. Overall this uhaul is a terrible location to rent a truck from. He didn't even apologize for making the error and accusing me of not putting gas back in the truck. I will never go back to this location if I need a truck again.Natalie L.

The truck i had was loose in the front end- would hit a bump and could feel wobble in steering wheel - although the truck tracked well no pull right or left. A hard brake truck and trailer handled excellent. The passenger side tire hold down on the trailer kept slipping off. I'd reset at all stops (4). When i dropped equipment off on Saturday the dealer said they'd send a email for return. I haven't received as yet. Thank you very much to ANO and Bayle. Both very helpfulJoseph G.

It took a long time to get approved for my uhaul. It ended up wasting valuable time at the uhaul location that forced me to not move everything because of the time frame.Luke H.
The tire light with a message when I turned the engine on in the truck. I could not do the share check-in due to a problem on u hauls end. I had to cancel my online reservation and start over at the desk which was time consuming.TINA K.

All staff were exceptionally helpful. The guy who connected the trailer was outstanding and I appreciate his help. Counter woman was fantastic! I asked their names but was in a hurry and didn't write them down. I am frustrated that I can't put them in this note because I thought (at the time) I would want to mention nothin this note...(if I got a survey).
