The truck we rented was a hunk of junk with high miles on it. It was very dirty on the inside of the cab. If we had to move cross country in this I would have never rented it. My hands were even sticky after driving in it.STEPHEN S.

Van smelled like marijuana. Had to keep the windows down for air quality even though it was a little cold. Otherwise, excellent and well organized service at this location.Jenifer A.
Employees were rude and verbally aggressive to all customers waiting for service during my visit. Waited inside with other customers for approximately 5 mins before an employee came inside the store . 2 Employees ( 1 older male and 1 female) had bad, uncaring and annoyed dispositions. It was clear they didn't like their job or want to be working that day. No greetings and no smiles- all attitude. Very unacceptable. Uhaul should not employee unpleasant individuals. As a behavioral specialist and mental health therapist It was clear this is their normal disposition and interaction with customers as they were not alarmed or aware of their behavior. This location was lacking in customer service, and lacking in the necessary supplies. I had to go to another U-Haul location on the night before the rental in order to get a ball for my hitch. The people at UHaul didn't use the gift certificate I had to pay and instead used my card, but I had already prepaid or at least paid something ahead of time so I just lost that money plus a ton more from my card.
