Kallie was the one who told me about the storage & was very professional & helpful. She gave me a great service. Zachary was very professional & helpful also, he completed all the process for checking out & submitted my claims, just waiting on Manager Damien Smith to his part. I'm very satisfied with the service at that location. Highly recommended.

Kallie also was very professional was the one who informed me about the storage unit special & directed me to Damien. The light skin lady ( I forgot her name) was so sweet, very respectful & understanding. I'm happy with the crew except the Latino young girl who was very rude & disrespectful on August 11th when I came to check in for my reservation. She needs training on how to take care of customers. We don't come in for free services, we pay for it...

Cedrick G | Overall ExperienceMy move in experience were bad. I reserved a 10 x 10 storage space and when I made it to the location, I was told they didn’t have it. I was very upset because I reserved it. Another guy stated that I I didn’t pay for it, it’s not being held. I told him it was free because I came one way from The Evansville, IN to Indianapolis, IN. How can I pay for something that is free? I asked for a discount for all the trouble and I was told to speak with corporate and they told me to speak with the locations and everyone is saying there’s nothing they could do and speak with a manager but doesn’t know when they will be in. How is that for running a business. I am a senior and had to take my belongings to a second floor when I could’ve just walked right in to the ground level space that I reserved. I felt lied to and betrayed because I had issues with my truck rental but Uhaul have the nerve to charge my debit card for $12.84 for a 2 gallon of gas without my permission. They didn’t notify me of that and I thought I put enough gas back in the truck. After all I’ve been through and once I get my property, I pray I will never need your service again. All the employees worried about is making money and not how customers feelings and I feel like I deserve a discount over all.
adrian d | First ImpressionsI have just wanted to reiterate that the manager Damien is an amazing manager for the location he is at but before him, I have done an appeal to get some sort of compensation for the mice rat infestation and never did the case was denied, but I am working with the store manager to figure something out regarding this so that this can be established and squashed

RONALD H | Overall ExperienceI truly can't thank U HAUL enough. More specifically the employees. From our pickup location to the drop off location, the employees went about and beyond. From Anthony and Melissa in the Spring Hill Florida/ Linden Ave location to Damien and Zachary at the Indianapolis Indiana/Lafayette st. location made our move extremely less stressful. Philip F | First ImpressionsI choose uhaul because even if there is an inconvenience and there has been multiple times. Uhaul always makes it right. For instance this weekend i had a reservation on a truck i did a month ago. Friday uhaul called saying the truck i reserved wasn't available. I was offered an upgrade to a 26' or travel an hour from my location w/ mileage and extra day covered. In the past i have sat outside a uhaul waiting 3hrs plus for the store to open so i could get my reserved truck and when i got it they let me rent it with no charge. Definitely wish these inconveniences didn't happen but im glad uhaul is willing to make the best out of the situation. Thank you!
