Have a lower rate for long-distance moving for miles and hours not long enough to get your things into the climate control unit it needs a guard at the door for 24 hours so you can move things out and in a unit for customers traveling a long distance to the unit and needs more lighting on the outside of the storage unit and need somebody checking restroom every hour for cleaning and stock with toilet paper
The truck was clean, how ever the back turning light was out and I didn't even know. The mileage was wrong until an officer pointed it out. I only use 10 miles and it made it seem like I used over 50 because the information was wrong on the paper. The gas light came on as soon as I left the parking lot which caused me to have to fill the tank 3 times before I had to return in. Other than that it was Okay.
Employees should wear masks. He sign on the door requieres customers to wear them but the staff wasn't all wearing them. (both at payment and the crew that checks in trucks) Also some basic customer service training is needed for the young lady who checked me in. This was my second experience with her and BOTH were bad.

Everything went as planned and staff were excellent.
Have your team members check for submitted updates regarding the fuel level on the system connected to the link you send customers. I got charged for refueling because the paper stating the fuel level and what was actually were in the tank didn't match. I used the provided link and sent a picture showing it was not accurate. They still charged me when I returned it with the fuel I picked it up with.
The sun visor needs fixed on the truck I was using. The part to latch it had been broke off, so when accelerating, the visor would hit me in the head. Other than that, everything was great with my experience.
It's hard to tell which building and where to go to pick up a rental. Confusing entrances etc,
The CSR who checked me in was fantastic! Very personable and friendly. The CSR who checked on my return was ver considerate of my time and also very friendly!
I used the 24/7 mobile and I had difficulty returning truck due to app couldn't find my location as I was sitting and waiting for a representative to pick up on Christmas Eve; on a cold snowy night. It was very annoying. Once the rep came on, she was awesome!
The lady that helped was fantastic!!!!
Waited an hour for a reserved truck. Employees did not care about the wait. I had to rearrange my whole moving schedule. They gave us they wrong truck key at first. The right truck was parked behind 2 other trucks, not easily accessible.

When I arrived the U-Haul employee asked me to back up the trailer into the spot I told him I couldn't do it because I was jackknifed the trailer he got upset because he had to disconnect it in manually moved it so I got out of my vehicle and disconnect it and move the trailer myself shameful.
A little faster but got me done the return was a longer wait but friendly Cubans was a sweetheart
The employees were absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman helping us at the desk was knowledgeable and flexible as we realized we needed to change the size of the trailer last minute. The gentleman who helped hook up the trailer was so friendly and helpful and really provided an easy hookup and got us out in just a few minutes. We just really appreciated the workers and how efficient, but thorough, they were!
when I received this van not clean, and the gas was 3/4 full, so I return 3/4 full also. i have picture. I need a refund of the fuel charge.. $19. The x2 cigarette lighter adaptor is not working. The crew should see to it all are working, that leads my trip horrible to charge my phone. This location needs training. Very bad location.

Please don't double charge people. We have duplicate charges for our rental on our bank account that have posted and aren't pending.
Some of the employees were not wearing masks nor did they ask their customers to wear masks. This made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable.
