I understand busy times , one employee behind the counter is not enough and then leaving to put dolly's on trucks . When asked if I had submitted my Id online I said no, instead of scanning my I'd I was texted the app that didn't work. After waiting the guy says never mind I'll do it. I spent an hour trying to get my trailer and after 30 minutes of no employees hooking it to my truck I went ahead and did so myself. I got there to pick it up a little after 12 I have a five hour all round-tripSo I had rented it for seven hours but by the time I had got out of the U-Haul store it was already like 2 o'clock and by the time I got back to Indy they were closed and so I had to pay another rental fee. Employees were totally useless and disrespectful. No one wanted to be there or to help anyone like they should. Do. Not. Recommend.JEREMIAH M.

I did not know the procedures to turn in a vehicle and I had already turned in the keys before I had a chance to read the odometer, prove I had turned it in with a full tank, and took pictures of the interior and exterior. I would have made it there before they closed if I was not delayed on the Huber Heights pick up location .Victor H.

Outstanding mobile app! One of the best. Only challenge was my online reservation originally had a different pickup location, that changed to this eagledale location the morning of the rental. You simply cannot get through to the national number or the local store on the phone to ask any questions, which was a bit frustrating..Patrick B.

I was charged an extra fee because I forgot to fill my paperwork out when I returned the truck, which I returned that evening instead of the next day. Customer service was the worst called multiple times and was put on hold for more than twenty minutes multiple times. Even the online chat I got no response for over an hour, finally just gave up. After my experience and the lack of customer service I would not recommend u-haul to anyone.Joel M.
