Heather R | Overall ExperienceMy daughter and I were blown away at the level of customer service at U-Haul of Herndon. Billy Wolf is the definition of a good manager. When an issue came up during our storage unit check-in, he not only took a phone call from one of his team members on his day off, but he made multiple other phone calls to try to resolve the issue, all on his way to a game! And if that wasn't enough, he asked his brother to take a huge detour to drive him to the facility, find me at my storage unit, and personally offer me a solution to the issue, and make sure I was satisfied with it! Truly amazing! To say that Billy and his team members that helped us (Francesca, Daniel and Angie) went above and beyond, with both the storage unit and the truck rental return, is an understatement. They truly care about their customers. I highly recommend U-Haul of Herndon!

I just wish that I could have 24 hour access instead of the building being closed at 10 PM not that I wanna move in and live there ha ha ha, but sometimes it would be nice to come and organize your things late at night when you can’t sleep. But Jocelyn and her staff were very friendly. Look forward to renting a storage unit again in the future will tell all my friends.
