I had issues with my auto pay, there was a lock on my unit once when I had paid my bill on time so there was no reason for that, when i went to close down the account the man at the register said my account was under my middle name when really he was just high. aside from the high rates. wouldn’t recommend.

ROY R | Experiencia generalThey lost my items and have been sending notices including an auction of my belongings that were never recovered. This site is extremely awful
Lewanna D | Experiencia generalRichard the manager was very friendly and helpful!
Mengchuan W | Experiencia generalWas very easy and pain free
Robert W | Experiencia generalAmari and the rest of the team were so helpful and accommodating! I really appreciate it
Kaisha L | Experiencia generalThe best so far
stacy a | Primeras impresionesU-Haul employee was great. Explained everything I needed to know . Showed me sizes of units because I had no clue was my first time renting
sharon m | Primeras impresionesThank-You All so much for your help & friendly service ...It was a pleasure to use your facility
ANGELA I | Experiencia generalIt's always a pleasure working with the staff at the dixwell avenue Hamden branch of U-Haul. I've used their services many times and I've never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend that location to anybody.
Gary M | Experiencia generalThe manager at location was very nice my last day at the storage. He helped piping my lock, charging truck size, keeping the face open and safe for me to move all my stuff out. The lady that did my last check out to verify my unit was empty, again cause the manager had checked before; was also nice! Billing was the only minor glitch in 3 years, but location was nice!!
