The young woman who works at the U-Haul in Marketplace Cambridge MD, she is so charming, polite and excellent when I need assistance these last 10 years. She helped me when my bank acct got hacked, she got me back on my bills coming directly out of my account. She's a great asset to your company. Ricky G | Overall ExperienceVery rude customer service. Does not want to help AT ALL. their employees threaten their customers. They charge debit cards that WERE NOT set up to be charged every month ( as I had a specific card for that) so with them charging a card they weren't supposed too and it is even noted that way they causes me to to be able to pay the rest of my rent so I was kicked out and they said that it wasn't their problem. ( this is his wife leaving this response )

The person who repaired was from a different location. The frequent rate increases were making it a burden especially when the unit was only the shell. No electricity, so I could only go during the daytime..
